This pill organizer is a sanity saver when your loved one has multiple family members administering medications on different caregiving shifts, especially if not all are trained in medication administration.
As the only formally trained caregiver in our family, I’m able to set up my mom’s meds for an entire week at a time, and my siblings can give her the appropriate meds at the appropriate times without having to read medication sheets and pill bottles. It’s immediately apparent if medications have been given or not, so there’s very little risk of missed doses or accidental overdoses due to missed communication. This system has separate, removable containers for each day, so it’s easy to pop out the day’s container and even take it with you if you plan to be out for the day. Or even a couple days, if your person goes on an overnight visit somewhere.
While this setup is working great for my mom, it would be nice to have a similar system available with slightly bigger compartments for people who take a lot of pills or several larger pills. I know I would have trouble fitting my own piles of pills in this. Also, having more colors available would make it easier to differentiate if there are several in the household with complex medication needs/lots of pills to take. (I would like something like this in purple or blue. Hint, hint!)

This item consists of seven removable box in a plastic shell, each for a different day of the week. Each are labelled with the day of the week on them. Each removable box has four containers for different times of day – morning, afternoon, evening, and bedtime. The idea is to put the appropriate medicine in the appropriate container and carry the box with you throughout the day, taking your medicine as needed.
This works well. The containers seal closed tightly so they won’t open accidentally as they’re jostled throughout the day, but they’re not so tight that they’re difficult to open. To give you an idea of the size of the containers, an adult male can fit the first joints of their thumb and pointer finger into one of the containers. I’m not going to assume how
much medicine you take over the course of the day, but this item would fit mine with room to spare.
Of course, if you don’t take medicine four times a day you can fudge the way the box is meant to work to give yourself more room for pills. Example, I take pills twice daily, but I take a LOT of pills in the morning and some of them are on the larger side. They’d have difficulty fitting in one of the containers, but fit just fine in two. I put the nightly container in one of the remaining other containers. It works great.
But you do what you need the thing to do for you. You’re smart, and this is a flexible item.
In summary, this pill holder does what I need it to do and does it securely. I don’t need to worry about my medicine coming loose over the course of the day. It’s always where it needs to be, and that’s a relief.

This is an incredibly cute pill case that can be used for more than just pills. Since each column comes out of the main box, it is GREAT for travel. I recently used it to bring jewelry on an international trip and it made it so easy to keep track of tiny earrings and things. They open and close easily without feeling flimsy. Very good deal for the price and I can see myself picking up more in the future!

This is a cute weekly pill case in my favorite color! It includes 7 daily cases that are clearly labeled with day of the week, with 4 separate compartments labeled with picture representations of times of day. I like this since I take a few meds that have to be spread out throughout the day. I tend to forget if I’ve taken a dose during the day, but this definitely prevents that since I can see if the pills are gone or not. Each compartment holds several pills securely, and pills do not fall out or move to different compartments even when shaken around. Each daily case can be removed from the main case or rearranged as well, making them easy to refill. And the pink color is cute and makes me look forward to taking my pills. While it’s not heavy duty construction, the plastic feels sturdy enough for everyday use. While I’m not sure I’d pack it in a suitcase or put it in a bag where it could get crushed or scratched, I feel like it’s more than fine for home use.

This is a great compact pill organizer for your entire week. It has seven days and four daily compartments for two AM and two PM slots. It is also inexpensive and and you can take the day of the week to put in your work bag or purse.
I would reccomend this cute and functional pill organizer.

This is a great pill organizer, it is light and durable, it has a main compartment that holds all the smaller pill containers, and each smaller pill containers breaks down to 4 sections. This is super helpful if you need to take pills multiple times a day. Also very versatile to use it for small jewelry when traveling.

I wanted this to replace my current pill box but I thought it was a bit deeper. It’s not that wide which isn’t a problem I’m okay with that. I just thought it would be deeper. Would it have to be wider to be deeper? I don’t think it necessarily has to, but deeper would have been more my preference. However, this is my preference. It may be the perfect depth for someone. I do like that it has a lid on the bigger out side case and that each day is it’s own separate row. The case also seems sturdy and not easy to break which is good since it would be getting frequent usage. If anything changes in the next few weeks then I will be back with an update.
