I have been using zinc for over 3 years now. So when I saw these zinc gummies I wanted to try it out. Note while I did receive the product for free, I do have to pay income taxes on the full value of it.
I started taking zinc during the pandemic given it’s anti viral properties. Usually take one pill a day. Been intrigued about gummy supplements that are easier to swallow so have been using this in place of a pill. Definitely easier to take. As to the effectiveness, I have not noticed any difference, pro or con. But I did not expect to as I think it is impossible for a layperson to tell the difference
I have not used this particular brand before but know they have a good reputation. I do wish they (actually all vitamin manufacturers should) would post lab results periodically on their product. The Vitamin industry is not well regulated and seeing independent lab reports helps a consumer know they are getting what they paid for. But overall, I would buy this again

I have been using these when there is a new sickness in the house or on days when I’m stressed and feeling rundown. Sometimes I have given one gummy to my kids when they are starting to come down with a cold.
The taste is mild and the texture is good! They are mildly sweetened with erythritol and xylitol, which can be problematic for some. I have had no issues with the sugar alcohols and I like how Mary Ruth products are usually very clean ingredients with no artificial flavors or sweeteners. I like that I can keep these on hand and take them when I need them, and that I can give them to my kids since they can’t swallow pills yet.

No bad reaction, but it does contain a lot of fillers. It’s an ok supplement. This Zinc supplement is easy and convenient to take, but there are better alternatives with less fillers.
