I had a very noticeable bruise on my face which appeared about 7 years ago. Without turning on the light and in a very dark room, I bent down to pick up something I dropped near a bed.. My right cheek hit the bed post very hard and my vision darkened momentarily.
This impact caused my cheekbone to swell which subsided eventually but left a small bump on top of my cheek bone to this day and left a brown mark on my face the shape of Australia 🙂 Since this happened many years ago I wasn’t really expecting much from using the Zak’s ointment but I thought I’d give it a try. I had droopy eyelid surgery for vision problems. And the bruises were unbelievable, makes you wonder what in the heck is done to your eyes when your knocked out during surgery. (I wished I had known about it before surgery, I would have had some on hand and would have been using it front he beginning, because this stuff works just like it says it does, way, way way, faster. The bruises fade FASTER, than just letting them heal on their on. Doctors/surgeons that operate on delicate parts of the human body that is visible (like the face, hands, chest, legs, etc.) should automatically give tubes of this stuff out to patients to go home with, so they can be bruise free in half the time.

I have tried several ‘bruise’ remedies and I think this is the one that works best. It’s not a miracle – but I think it kept me from getting more bruises. I’m taking prednisone which makes my forearms and hands very prone to bruising at the slightest bump. My hands had almost cleared up and then I ran out. So I ordered another product – Dermend – with arnica montana and it’s not working nearly as well. I’m going back to this one. It’s a small tube, but it goes a long way. I use it 3 times a day. But my hands had almost cleared up, so I went to once a day. Now – I’ll have to go back to 3 times a day until I get the current bruises cleared up when it arrives.

This cream works wonders. I have always been one to bruise easily on my arms and legs, to the point that more than once over the years I have had concerned people ask me if everything was alright at home. I have tried other herbal compounds as well as straight Arnica sublinguals with only slight improvement. I have no idea why but whatever they have compounded to make this cream they have done so perfectly. I had bruises on both arms of roughly the same age and to test the cream I used it on one arm twice a day.and did not use it at all on the other. Even though they were not fresh bruises within 2 days I noticed the color of the bruise change.from black to yellow and day 4 barely a mark remained. I immediately started using it on the bruise on the other arm and got the same result. These were small bruises, about the size of a nickel. I’m now working on getting rid of a much larger bruise on the back of my leg where a door caught me as I was attempting to maneuvering my mom’s wheelchair into a doctor’s office. This time I was able to start using the cream the same day. I’m applying 2x a day, it’s day 4 and parts of the bruise are starting to turn yellow and the edges are returning to my normal skin color (it is a really deep bruise about 3 inches long and an inch and 1/2 wide). If you bruise frequently this cream is definitely worth a try and is cheaper on Amazon than similar (and for me inferior) creams sold at the natural foods store.

I feel like it only helps on new bruises like you have to really get on it fast. It has lessened a little of my dark bruising. It seems like the cream has some sort of bleaching agent. Also you have to use it consistently and really massage the area.
