Dislike. I found out you are not suppose to take very much vitamin k. This product has way to much milligrams of vitamin k in it. It can harm you. Do research on vitamin k. Do not buy.

I ordered these because I need to take vitamin D daily due to an autoimmune issue which can be triggered by UV exposure; the 5000 IU dose in these capsules does a solid job of keeping me from being deficient, while also promoting calcium absorption in the intestines, and the K2 is important to help make sure that calcium deposits in my bones where it can do some good rather than in the walls of my arteries.
That said, the calcium included in this is only about 10% of the daily needs for most people, which is only a sufficient supplement amount if you have a healthy, varied diet; it won’t replace the need for a calcium supplement if you eat a lot of processed foods or drink a lot of soda, especially since phosphorous can promote the excretion of more calcium in the urine. Overall, the calcium/phosphorous included in this is pretty much a wash unless you’re extremely low on one or the other; at the same time, taking too much calcium can lead to digestive and bone pain and overwork your kidneys as they try to remove the excess, so you should talk to a nutritionist about how much supplementation you need, taking into account your individual health issues and diet/lifestyle.
As far as the capsules go, they’re a fairly large capsule, but still fairly easy to swallow, and don’t have any real smell or taste to them. They haven’t caused any GI upset, and they also haven’t caused the rundown feeling I get if I miss my D3 for a few days, so they seem to be a decent quality product.

Vitamin K2 and D3 are a well-known combo for bone and cardiovascular support, while calcium is essential for bone health. This supplement by Pattern Wellness combines K2+D3 and calcium into one formula. It contains 5000IU of D3 and 100mcg of K2 (MK7 form), plus a modest 130mg of calcium. The capsules are about average in size and easy to swallow. Just one capsule per day, which is very manageable.
This comes in a plastic bottle, double sealed. The quality seems good and the listed ingredients look clean. This is a 60-day supply. It is vegan-friendly non-GMO. Mine has an expiration date of 07/2025. Made in USA. Overall, a good-quality K2 & D3 supplement with calcium. At about $0.42 per serving, it is a pretty decent value for the money. So far so good.

I’ve been taking these Vitamin K2 & D3 supplements with calcium in capsule form for a few months now (have used them for full 2 month supply with only skipping 4 days overall), and they’ve been working pretty well for me. I have been taking them daily in afternoon with a meal, and I’ve noticed a slight improvement in my bone density since starting to use them (using a bone density scale). My usual D3 K2 supplement doesn’t include calcium so that was a minor yet mentionable difference.
However, one the cons – the major one as apparent is the bottle is on the small side (only 2 month supply while most others offer upto an year) and I find myself needing to reorder more than I’d like which can be a hassle. Also, I’m not sure if it’s just me, but I’ve noticed that the capsules can be a bit hard to swallow whihc i dont usually have with capsules – its likely due to their humungous size. It’s not a huge issue, but it can be a little uncomfortable at times.
Overall, I’d give these supplements a 4 out of 5 stars. They’ve definitely helped with my bone health, but the small bottle size and sometimes hard-to-consume capsules are a bit of a pain. If you’re in the market for a decent K2 & D3 bone health supplement which is absolutely needed in winter months – and don’t mind capsules, these are a good option that’s worth considering.
