This is the only D3 I buy. Having the D3 contained in coconut MCT oil is a great delivery. No burps. Not difficult to swallow and comes a dark bottle that shields the product from light sources. I have purchased this for my family many times and will continue to do so. Highly recommend.

I’ve never taken Vitamin D3 before so I’m not sure if this is normal, but it was pretty annoying to open the bottle to see all 300+ pills in a conglomeration. Other than that though, $12 for a year supply seems pretty sick so can’t really complain

I like the minimal and quality ingredients, the teeny capsule, and a great price. I’d been taking a liquid vitamin D supplement but with an upcoming trip these were much more travel-friendly. I will start taking them again in the late fall and winter after testing my vitamin D level.
