have been taking a Galantamine + Alpha GPC + Uridine stack for the past four months. All Doublewood. The effects have been astounding. I am experiencing levels of anxiety lower than anything I remember in my adult life. The only thing I can compare it to is early childhood. I am no longer sabotaging myself in work and study and I’ve begun to make real improvement in almost every sphere of my life. I feel like a part of me that had been walled off for decades is again open for business. I can not say for sure that my memory is better but I am certain that I am forgetting the little things less, even if only slightly. This probably has to do with the role anxiety plays in disrupting the hippocampus: less anxiety means the hippocampus can actually do its job now.
I have started studying languages again and am learning Japanese and Chinese in parallel. I have been able to sustain an early morning practice of waking up before six and studying/doing my email before seven. I had never been able to keep this up for more than two days previously, as my anxiety would have me a nervous wreck and I would oversleep to manage it (the anxiety).

Uridine is a choline enhancer that reportedly increases the effectiveness of choline supplements. I bought this for my 95 year old mother who has dementia in hopes that it would help with the metabolism of Alpha-GPC which is one of the more effective choline supplements. I found out that dementia is similar to Autism in 162 ways, and it is believed that that they are similar except that one strikes the old and one the young. The treatment of Uridine, Alpha-GPC, and Magnesium has been successful in treating, and curing, some children with Autism. So I decided to try it for my mother.
We have been using this and other treatments for my mothers dementia, and have been seeing some improvements. Since she was at the later stages of dementia, we are encouraged to see any improvement. Although I can’t say with any surety which treatment is working, it does seem that something is.
UPDATE 10/2/19:
My mother is now 99 years old and we have continued giving her this Uridine in addition to Alpha-GPC for the last 5 years at a dosage of 1 Uridine to 2 Alpha-GPC twice daily. Although my mother’s dementia has worsened in the last 4 years, the progression has not been at the rate I would told it would be. In fact, it has worsened only during the couple of times she was kept in a hospital. After each hospital stay, we were able to bring her back almost to where she was before the hospital visit, but each time we lost a little ground.
We do use other supplements for my mother in addition to the Uridine and Alpha-GPC, and at this point she is still in perfect health and on no medications. Considering she was on 10 medications 7 years ago when she came here, I think this in itself is a great accomplishment. This is and Alpha-GPC are supplements we will continue for her.

Uridine Monophosphate has been shown to influence what’s called “neurite growth” in the human brain. Neurites are projections from brain neurons, which can either be axons or dendrites. The brain becomes functionally better by branching neurons together, through these axons and dendrites.
This is the main reason i love uridine. It is part of my nootropic stack to heal my damaged brain from all the drug/alcohol abuse of my youth. I truly feel this stack working and i highly believe this uridine has a great factor in it. Uridine is a great supplement.
Other supplements that i am taking to restore neurons and aid in the growth/healing of axons/ dendrites is
Gotu kola
Artichoke extract
Ashwaganda ( at night, helps with sleep too) ( 5 times out of 7 days, dont take this every night)
I am also working on NGF ( nerve growth factor)
I also take ALCAR and LIONS MANE MUSHROOM for and the occasional NOOPEPT as well as with exericise to increase NGF.

Sometimes i cycle the Panax ginseng and the gingko biloba out, but i use them at same time because they work well together for synergy.

One more thing When you take this URIDINE you want to aid it with a B9 and B12 suppment because it will use up those vitamins and you dont want defiancy.
I used thorne brand. They have a pill that has strictly B9 and B12
I also take lemon balm at night to help me sleep :).
