These daytime cold & flu pills have the same active ingredients as the name brand, but at a much better value. They are soft gels, so very easy to take, and the blister packaging is easy to open. I found them to be very effective at controlling aching and pain, and definitely took the edge off being sick. Definitely recommend as an easy order to keep on hand.

All in one gels for cold and flu relief. They contain acetominophen for pain relief, dextromethorphan HBr for coughs, and phenylephrine hcl. Phenylephrine hcl has been used as a decongestant but the FDA is not currently recommending it because it is not effective. But, isn’t it always “your mileage may vary”.
I like the convenience of having a combination medication. The dosage recommendation is two softgels every 4 hours for adults with no more than 4 doses in a day. There are 24 softgels in the package, which is 3 days of medication.
This medication is distribute3d by a US company, and I assume made in the US since I couldn’t find a ‘made in” label on the box or package.ns, assume it is made in the US).

This product comes in an easy to swallow gel capsule. It is fast acting and can be taken day or night. Much easier to travel with than a liquid–it is portable, lightweight, and there is no issue with spillage. Quick absorption compared to traditional tablets. Also, unlike liquids, which can be measured incorrectly, this ensures you get the correct dosage every time. Great value.

Product shipped quickly and arrived intact. The box was a little banged up, but nothing serious.
You can compare the ingredients on these to anything at the local convenience/drug store. They are the same. These are similar to brand name or generic Daytime Cold and Flu OTC medications.
In terms of price, these are really affordable, especially considering they are shipped. That makes these a pretty good deal.

These measure up well to brands like Dayquil with the same ingredients but at a lower price. They are easy to swallow with no unusual smells or tastes. The only issue is that the expiration date is only 4 months away. These are a good option if you are ordering them for immediate use, but if you are ordering to have available when needed, then I suggest you look for something that won’t expire so quickly

I ordered these to have on hand for when they are needed and I am not feeling well and not wanting to go to the store for meds. These are the same as the “name brand” non drowsy daytime as far as shape, size and color, just at a more affordable price. It is nicely packaged and even the box is a step up from the normal expectations of “generic” brands.
The only thing I am not happy with is that the exp. date is only 4 months away!!! I have never bought medicine and had the exp. date be so close. The reason I got it was to have it on hand and ready to go when I need it when the weather changes or when cold season starts and when that happens this package will be well out of date.
Knowing what I know now, I would only order this if immediate use is required. I am not happy that the expiration date is so soon.

This cold medicine has pretty much the exact same ingredients I see in name brand and other daytime cold medicines, but at a much greater value. However, the box I got has an expiration date of 07/2025. I ordered this near the end of the month of 03/2025. Pretty disappointed that the box is expiring within 4 months of ordering it!

So these are solid daily cold and flu pills to have when you get sick next. I went through some Dayquil prior to this and this has all the same active ingredients in a similar pill for way less. I like the convenience of being able to take them with me as I was still getting over my cold but had to get back to work so the easy to separate and carry packages made it portable. Pills didn’t have any flavor and were easy to take so I’ll be saving the remainder for hopefully a really long time in the future when I’m ill again.
