I think this is a wonderful product and I used it on my face area, actually my nose, and it did exactly what the doctor said it would do! Great value for money, good adhesion, and it smells pretty OK!

I had a horrible cold sore on my face, and I was terrified that it was going to scar mainly because I live in a warm climate and the sun always damages my skin. I ordered this product as soon as I saw that the cold sore was getting bigger. I overnighted it. I applied it for five days and there is not even a tiny bit of Reminence of the cold so it healed so fast and left absolutely no scars. I am so grateful and happy for this product. the dispenser did not dispense gel was it defective or was it a product that had been used and was now empty. some film/gel on outside of dispenser. not satisfied at all, not comfortable with this item.
I received a message from Sientra that they wanted to address issue but they did not say how they want to address the issue.
I thnik the most reasonable way to resolve this issue is to send me a replacement product at no charge due to the inconvenience of order received and delay in treatment.

This wonderful applicator allows me to push out just enough cream to put on my wound. It is thick and begins healing right away. I fell, and my glasses cut me just above my left eye. I will continue using this for a while. It goes on smoothly and is absorbed by the skin involved in my injury.

Was recommended by my surgeon. Used this for healing of scar from total mastectomy. Surgery was late April and scar is just barely pink at this point. Expect it to be non noticeable by end of year.

The pump does not work. I opened up the container and it has product. Considering the price, now I am wasting a lot of cream by scooping it out.
I tried to contact the seller, but Amazon has my in a loop repeating that it can’t be returned.
UPDATE: seller contacted me and issued a full refund. EXCELLENT customer service !

Es una crema suave, no tiene olor.
Es reciente mi herida pero ha comenzado a desvanecerse. Es importante masajear. Con una pequeña cantidad es suficiente ya que se esparce bien y cubre el área.
Tengo piel sensible u no me irrito.
Espero en unos meses ver más resultados.
