I love using these toner pads when I get out of the shower. I feel like they close my pores and help sooth my skin. The pads are nice and soft and are nice and wet with toner. After applying the toner to my face, neck and décolleté, I quickly apply moisturizer. My skin has been looking calm and yet refreshed. I highly recommend!!

Terez & Honor Blemish Calming Toner Pads review
This is a hard plastic jar that contains 70 pads although it looks like more-I didn’t count but it is a large stack. It is enclosed in a box printed with ingredients, directions and expiration date. Inside is the jar of pads that is printed with the same information. The jar has a very handy flip top lid. The jar has a safety seal/moisture seal under the lid. When you open the lid there is a little pair of clear tweezers that attaches to the underneath of the flip lid. That makes it so easy to pick a pad off without messing up the nice even stack of pads and of course keeps the pads sanitary.
The pad is textured on one side and you rub that side on first then switch to the smooth side. It feels rather nice. It feels through without any harshness. I am not familiar with Cica but it and the other ingredients felt very good on my sensitive face. I could not detect any fragrance at all although the last ingredient listed is fragrance but I was not aware of any scent which I am happy about. I do like these pads and I will enjoy adding this addition to my facial routine.
