Holy smokes! $15.99 for this? For the price, I expected something bigger—it’s incredibly small and doesn’t hold many pills at all. I included a photo with 5 ibuprofen pills, which is all that fits inside, along with a penny for size comparison.
That said, it’s not sloppily constructed; the build quality is solid, and the clip feels smooth when moved while locking securely. It was too small for anything I could use it for, so I ended up giving it to my wife. She’s very pleased with it and the quality. If you only need to carry a few pills, it might work for you, but for the cost, I was hoping for something more spacious.
3 stars for price, 5 for quality.

I needed something I could keep with me for the day rides. I didn’t want to carry the full bottle with me as space was limited on my carry bag. I don’t need a lot with me, but enough for a day or for others to share as well. It’s smaller than you think and that’s what was attractive to me.
This attaches to my backpack nicely as I have external netting. Solid enough that even dropping the bag directly on this, will do nothing. This fit my needs perfect. For longer trips, I would be carrying a larger backpack and this would be moot. For the day trips though? Perfect.

the color contrast in the buckle part is really cool. the metal doesn’t bend and i’ve used the prybar/screwdriver part a few times and it’s great in a pinch. the storage is pretty small so it’ll fit only 1-2 pills

This review for the the PPFISH EDC “Titanium Small Pill Case”. This case was made in China and ships (with so much plastic) in a zip top bag, inside a plastic case with an additional zip top bag that has 2 replacement o-rings, the plastic case is also sealed in another plastic bag with a glue strip to seal it. The pill case is smaller than I initially thought, it’s enough for some aspirin or like 1 supplement, but not much else. It feels sturdy and the carabiner is nice, though you’ll have to provide your own key-ring as this doesn’t come with one. It is waterproof and I like that they included spare o-rings, though I’ll probably lose them before needing to replace them. The added functionality of opening bottles and prying is nice, though I would have liked it to be a little longer to have a better grip.

This little thing is epic! It feels like a solid piece of titanium and the carabiner gives you a satisfying ‘click’ sound. I bet it would survive a huge blast. I have read reviews about the price but I don’t agree because titanium is expensive and this thing is a ‘buy it for life’.
This comes with 2 extra rubber water seals which is helpful. Make sure it’s the size you need: it’s very small. I can’t take any stars off for that because the size is clearly disclosed. It’ll fit maybe 4-5 liquid gel ibuprofen capsules to give you an idea.

This item is is a small titanium pill holder with a carabiner like clip. The holder has a spring loaded gate to attach to a backpack, purse or belt loop. The top of the clip is a pry tool. And the top of the pill container is a bottle opener. The clip mechanism unscrews from the pill container to allow access to whatever is being stored. The space in the container is very limited, like really limited. I can fit a few of my pills in there. I like this because it’s titanium. When I show it to people I say this is airplane titanium. It is made from airplane titanium so if it’s good for the aerospace industry it’s good for me. They use a lot of titanium in modern aircraft. Anyhow, I think this is a great tool/container to bring camping. Did I mention it’s waterproof and comes with 2 extra rings that seal the container? I see it a great solution for people with heart issue that need their nitro handy. And I can see it being used for geocaching where a small rolled up log is kept in the container. This will weather any storm and much more. I’ll be keeping my day’s pills in it and enjoy pointing out how it’s made of titanium. All in fun. The price point is pretty reasonable as titanium is very expensive and difficult to mill. Overall, this is a great container and clip that will last through just about any incident. I’m a fan of this product.

This is a review of Titanium Small Pill Case, Mini Keychain Pill Holder, EDC Pill Container. Brand: PPFISH EDC
This is a very sturdy pill case; all the parts are thick metal. There is a little round gasket in the lid to keep the unit water tight. Two extra gaskets came with the pill case. The case is small, and that works well for me. In the mid-morning, I have to take a small pill. With this clipped into my purse, I always have a few of those pills with me. I never worry about the pills because the clip holds securely and lid stays screwed shut; the gasket successfully makes the container waterproof (I tested it, even after hours under water, the contents were dry inside). I do not hang this on the outside of my purse or clothing, except for brief instances when I am preparing to take a pill, because I am totally accident prone and might somehow swing this heavy-for-size case somewhere near my eye. I’ve done it with those decorative metal cones that often cover the knot on the end of the cinch cords in parkas and vests. But non-clumsy, non-ridiculous people could well attach this to the outside of a bag or garment and the pills would be safe. If you take small pills or only need one larger pill, I recommend this distinctive sturdy case.

It’s a little smaller than expected, but seems to be durable and well made. I have no way of verifying if it’s actually made of titanium, but it seems to be. It would be good for keeping one emergency dose of important medications.
