After almost a year from my back surgery I have some residual lower back pain. This supplement seems to offer the relief I need. I take 3 capsules in the morning instead of 1 at each meal & that seems to help for most of the day.

I took these for a month (2 bottles) and unfortunately no relief. I was so hopeful. You have to take 3 a day per instructions so it can get expensive but in saying that if it worked it would be worth it. Disappointed.

I have had 3 spinal surgeries, the last one a laminectomy and spinal fusion in July 2016. Recovery was slow and difficult, and there was no way to do it without opiods, at least in the beginning weeks. However, I eventually began to use this product as a way to taper off the meds. It does help, I could discern a difference. I also took straight Bio-Curcumin (BCM-95), which did not help that much. I also took Tylenol during this time, or Advil (I alternated). My experience leads me to believe that it is really the combination of ingredients that does the trick and not just the Curcumin – i.e., the addition of Boswellia, Devils Claw, White Willow Bark Extract, and DLPA. I also noticed that I didn’t always need 3 capsules to make a difference, that even just 2 would help. This product still helps if I need to take it (every so often). I would not recommend this in place of a prescribed opiod if you just got out of major surgery. But for less severe back pain, or as a way to taper off from opiods, this might just help. Please see a doctor though, if you get sharp sudden-onset back pain – it could be serious and you do not want to monkey with that. I wish all my fellow back pain sufferers well.

Life changing!! I’m a huge skeptic but I am totally sold on this, it’s the first time in 17years I’ve had relief from lower back pain. If you have pain linked to inflammation this is worth a try!!!
