These gel tabs arrive stuck together in a solid mass that was blocking the opening of the bottle. It was very difficult to push this solid mass of pills away from the opening. The security seal covering the bottle opening was not secure and lifted off when I first opened the bottle. It appears that humidity entered the jar while it was stored upside down. Amazon refunded my account for this purchase. I have since reordered these pills from the same source. They arrived in good shape, which is why I’ve upgraded the star rating from one to three stars. If my next order arrives OK I’ll up my eval to 5 stars. I have purchased these pills from same source many other times in the past and they have arrived in fine condition.

I have no scientific or anecdotal evidence to know whether the product is what it purports to be. I take it in hopes that it does support prostate health. Nor have I experienced any adverse effects from its use, that I am aware of.

On medical direction, I began taking this product to assist with higher than preferred PSA levels. After a period of time, testing showed that PSA levels have been reduced so I can only assume this product is doing exactly what it was meant to. Good job Swanson.

This is the type of supplement based on a study. 160 mg twice a day. Extracts you know what your getting. Whole berry supplements, you may only be getting between 20% or 30% of the effective part.
