This supplement has 60 capsules per container, so enough for 30 days. if you need to add it to your diet. These are gluten free, but are gelatin capsules. I am happy with them and think you would be as well should you decide to try them.

L-Arginine does show some benefit in limited studies, but generally in very controlled studies in scenarios that aren’t what the general population would be experiencing.
That said, I’ve suffered no issues with any side effects using this supplement. That does mean positive and negative. I see no real difference taking it, but, if you believe it can do something for you, I see no reason not to choose this product, especially when considering the price. I’m used to people trying to sell something like this for at least twice the amount, but under $8 is pretty nice. Worth the buy!

As I get older I’ve gotten into supplements to try and hold onto my edge for as long as possible. This L-Arginine supp fit the bill literally and figuratively. In a literal sense, it was very affordable. And, figuratively, I’m happy. The capsules are easy to swallow, there isn’t a lot of leakage in the bottle, and there is no smell at all. I’m very happy with this supplement top to bottom!

I appreciated that the bottle is dark brown to prevent light from degrading this product, especially bc I use it in the summer months when it’s bright in my house.

L-arginine is considered a conditionally essential amino acid, meaning your body can usually produce enough. Additionally, the average person gets about 4-6 grams of L-arginine per day from their diet, which is usually sufficient. Regardless, this supplement has 30x 1g servings per container for those that need it in addition to their diet. I use it for its vasodilator effects when I get the chills and it works great! The bottle has LOT and EXP dates printed on it with my bottle expiring 1/2027. These are gluten free, but are gelatin capsules.

I don’t think I have seen arginine in a gel cap form before. They are smaller and easier to swallow than my typical L-Arginine.

It’s a good L Arginine supplement but it ultimately depends on your dosage level. I usually take 4000 mg per day and for this product it’s 8 capsules total versus in my normal product I take 4. So it’s double the amount of pills/capsules taken to get to the same dosage. The cost per capsule for this product is .13 cents per pill so for me it’s about $1.06 per day. If you are on a lower dosage per day, this may be the right product for you.

too many supplements put a bunch of different things into one bottle and don’t have an effective dose of anything. This is the opposite, just L-argnine if that is all you are looking for this is what you get. the pop cap bottle is very convenient and the pills are small and easy to swallow.
