It works perfectly. The first two nights did not work, then after my experience was perfect. They changed the size and shape of the patch, so I felt this is bigger than my need and I felt sleepy until 10:00 am, so I m cutting it in half or quarter and use it.

A year or so ago I made my first order. It was the thick black patches. The next 4 orders were the thinner patches with the logo, which stayed on better. I just opened my last order and it contained the thick black ones again. What is going on and which will I receive if I order again?

I rarely write reviews. But for me, this product works! I don’t know why this Sleep Patch works when other similar products have not. I have tried melatonin. I have tried Valerian Root. I have tried lavender. All with minimal, mixed results. I decided to take a chance and buy these, even though I was skeptical. The first night, I placed one of the patches on my chest right at bedtime. I didn’t really notice anything prior to going to bed. But, I did notice that I seemed to sleep better with less waking up during that first night. The 2nd night, I actually placed the patch on my upper arm…and I placed on my upper arm about 1 hour prior to bedtime. Wow! That worked really well for me. By the time I headed to bed, I was very drowsy and fell asleep quickly. And, I slept really well throughout the night. After 2 weeks of use, I am a true believer. Funny story: Last Friday night I put the patch on my arm and went to bed around midnight. I woke up Saturday morning and went about my normal routine: breakfast, laundry, etc. However, I noticed I was really drowsy so I took an early morning nap….for 2 hours. I woke up surprised that I had napped so long. Then I realized that because I had not showered first thing in the morning like a normally would, I had forgotten that I still had the patch on my arm. I expect that the patch was still doing it’s job throughout my sleepy morning. So, don’t forget to take the patch off when you wake up! Also, to keep the patch from coming off during the night, I wear a t-shirt to bed. You will want to carefully consider where you place the patch so that it doesn’t come off while you are sleeping. I will definitely purchases these again. 5 stars!

UPDATE! My 2nd box arrived and patches are a new lighter weight material. Hoping they work the same or better! Including photo: top solid purple is 1st box patch and bottom with logo is new box patch.
I have always had issues with falling asleep and staying asleep. I didn’t want to be reliant on prescription meds to sleep, anymore. I have tried home remedies, sleep apps, meditation, melatonin tablets, magnesium powder, and drug store sleep aids. The continued lack of sleep and side effects were awful!
It did take about two weeks but I can officially say that last night I slept through the night and woke up feeling well rested! Three patches per night seem to be the right amount for me!
I am thrilled and I will keep using my ASHANIA Sleep Patches!!!!!

I’d used the thicker ones, almost a little foam pad, and they were very good and effective and easy to use. So I put them on monthly subscription. The next box I got had thin little patches that wrinkle up when you try to pull them off the backing and apply and they aren’t very effective. Reading reviews I’m thinking this is the “new and improved” or actually “more expensive and poor quality”. The ad here still shows the thicker ones. If my next pack on subscription is the thin ones again, I’ll return and cancel and seek out another brand. I hate it when a company has a good product and them ruin it by making it with poor quality materials.

I have a chronic serious sleep problem, and was introducing new methods to resolve it. I tried another brand of patches along with a relaxation audio, which brought about some improvement when used with some supplements. (Not PM medications). I tried these because they had the additional ingredients of Gaba, hops and Ashwaganda and they were much more effective for me. (I continue to take duplicate oral supplements which I’m not sure I metabolize properly sice they never worked right alone.) They adhere well too. I am getting a full night’s sleep on alternate nights, and 5 or 6 hours on the others with one of these patches. There are no groggy after effects in the daytime. So far so good. If you have a serious sleep problem these patches could be worth a try. I have used both versions.

Doesn’t work! Don’t waste money on this product. Only used few, but you can’t return the remaining patches. This item is not refundable. Wasted 20.00 bucks.

Both my husband and I really like these. They smell really nice so I always take a big sniff when I put them on, ha! They don’t cause grogginess or difficulty waking up which is part of why I don’t like to take my stronger prescription meds some nights. I also like how I can put on an additional patch if needed on some nights. They are a foam-like material which I hadn’t expected. I have had a couple of patches that folded weird or a corner started rolling but I had gotten too close to an area on my body that has a little skin fold that I avoid now lol. They don’t hurt coming off at all and neither of us have had any sort of irritation or redness. I will definitely be purchasing more of these.

I ordered these twice. Although I can’t say these ever improved my sleep that much, I figured they might be helping a little which is why I reordered and got a second package. I’m the fire package, the patches were made of a thicker, more substantial material. When I removed the latch from my arm in the morning, I could still feel a little of the “sleep formula” on the adhesive side of the patch.
The second package; however, is made from a much cheaper material. It’s extremely flimsy and tends to roll up an wrinkle as you pull the patch from the plastic sleeve so that by the time you place it on your skin, it’s wrinkled up and does not stick smoothly. These patches have a design printed on them; whereas the first package did not.
The patches in the new package are a joke. Seriously, it almost seems like scam. I hope Amazon reviews this and reconsiders allowing this company to sell the patches on their site. The quality of these patches are definitely not worth the price that they’re being sold.
