I’m not sure if the title is the same as when I bought it, but it currently uses the words “cream”, “ointment” and “lotion” to describe the same product. These are three different things, so I consider that a red flag. Of the three, I’d consider this an ointment because it’s greasy. It’s not as thick as say, Vaseline, but definitely similar. I don’t like the feel of ointment, so I was already unhappy. Annoyed to report that it didn’t even work for me. Waste of $35.

I ordered this for my spouse who has psoriasis on the recommendation of a friend. The jar was about 2/3rds filled when it came and was not in a cream form; it was very liquid. I’m not sure yet if it works, so rated it a 3. I am very disappointed as it was very expensive.

A relative has extremely dry chapped hands, especially during the winter. It’s so bad that the chapped skin bleeds. Nothing else has worked to soothe and heal the skin. Not coconut oil, steroid cream, or expensive lotions.
The first time applying this, made a huge difference after one night. If put on regularly, the skin remains soft and the chapped skin has disappeared. It definitely works. It does leave a coating on the skin, but that is acceptable, since it does at least keep the skin from getting chapped.

So, I’ve been attempting to soothe my psoriasis for a few years now without steroid cream in hopes of finding something naturally comforting. Unfortunately, I repeat what others have said, if you live with psoriasis, you already know nothing can cure it and steroidal treatments are pretty much the only thing to really keep it at bay.
However, I will say this has worked wonderfully for my skin in some areas while other areas not a huge improvement. I think it really depends on the person, as a case by case basis. My vote is, if you have already “tried everything” like I have, then it’s worth a shot. It’s only been 6 nights and already I’m itching significantly less throughout the day and especially throughout the night (when symptoms are worse for me). I’ll take it!!

I was dealing with a horrid steroid cream withdrawal on my face and neck. I purchased this in hopes that it would help. It not only cleared up my flares, but it’s holding them back. I definitely recommend this. The only issue is that if you shake the container, the lid does not completely seal the oil from leaking out of it. I am not considering this as a complaint though because it has absolutely saved my face!
