I bought this case for when I went on vacation. It came in handy for me as I was in over 100 degree weather. It kept my epi pens safe and from going bad and I was able to store my other medicines as well. It is lightweight and fit right into my purse. Was easy for dual function and for the price, I got good use out it.

I use this little bag to carry my anaphylaxis and asthma meds. I have two Epi-Pens, 2 small individual packets of Benadryl, one individual packet of Zantac, a pulse ox meter and my inhaler inside. The Epi-Pens fit into slots on the right side, while the other meds go in pockets on the other.
The bright purple color I picked makes it easy to locate quickly and I like that it unzips flat, so I don’t have to worry about it falling over and my medications falling out and breaking.
It’s exactly the right size to hold everything I need and can be carried separately or thrown in a bag. The inside of the case and the slots for the Epi-Pens is “insulated” (it’s made of a silver insulated material, but I wouldn’t rely on it to truly keep anything cold, more to keep things from over-heating quite so easily (an important thing to have for Epi-Pens, which need to be kept within a certain temperature range) except for the pockets (which are mesh, but that’s fine because my inhaler and the other stuff on that side aren’t so finicky.
This could be used for many different medications and medical tools and comes in multiple colors. Another member of my family uses one for their diabetes medication and glucose meter/test strips and clips it to their belt while I throw mine in a larger bag.

Purchased two of these for our emergency medications. My daughter and I both have asthma and severe allergies, these hold each of our epipens, inhalers and emergency meds perfectly and can both fit in my medium size and up purses together. The clips on the straps make it easy to take along when using my smaller purses. The reflector strip works well at night and the card in the back pocket has our name, emergency contact information and emergency medical information aswell. Haven’t had them for very long but they seem sturdy and well built so hopefully they will last a few years. Would purchase again in a year or two if needed if they hold up well.

I have been carrying EpiPens for a while, just tossing a couple in my purse and going. Then I saw this and realized I could make it easier to find them.
Size is great! I can fit 4 pens, or 2 pens and an inhaler. This makes carrying rescue meds so much easier!
The color matches my bag, while making it easier to spot in the purse.
Cost/benefit is perfect. Not super expensive while being good quality.
I can’t speak to the backpack straps, as I don’t carry one most of the time, BUT! The carabiner is useful.

Three of my family members need to have Epi-Pens available in the event of severe allergic reactions. This case (bought 3 in different colors/patterns) fit the bill for size and quality. The case fits the epi-Pens and can hold some medication as well. The outside of the case has a space for apecific allergy information and name of the person in question. The case offers many color choices and the fabric is sturdy . The case has a carry strap as well. I’m very happy with this important purchase.

Die SITHON EpiPen Medical Tragetasche können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Sie ist äußerst praktisch, um alle wichtigen Notfallmedikamente für eine Anaphylaxie sicher aufzubewahren. Ein Adrenalin-Autoinjektor passt problemlos hinein, allerdings ist der Platz für weitere Medikamente etwas begrenzt. Das liegt bei uns jedoch an der Größe der verschriebenen Fläschchen.
Besonders positiv fällt die scheinbare Isolierschicht auf, die ein gutes Gefühl bei der Lagerung des Autoinjektors vermittelt. Zudem bietet die Tasche mehrere Möglichkeiten zur Befestigung – sei es über eine verstellbare Schlaufe oder einen Klettverschluss.
Insgesamt überzeugt die Tasche durch ihre Funktionalität und durchdachte Gestaltung. Sie ist eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die ihre Notfallmedikamente sicher und griffbereit aufbewahren möchten.

I use this great little pouch to carry my son’s seizure rescue medication. He has epilepsy and it’s important to always have this with me when we’re out and about. It fits in my larger purse just fine but also has a clip and wrist loop if I would prefer to hang it on the outside. It’s large enough to pack some Band-Aids too (which has come in handy). Be sure to buy the ice pack inserts. I live where it gets super hot and because this pouch is insulated the slender ice packs help keep his meds cool.
