Sinus issues can be frustrating, and a good supplement should offer more than just temporary relief. This formula brings together a solid mix of ingredients known for their potential to support sinus health, clear airways, and promote overall respiratory function. One of the standout components here is N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC) at 500mg per serving, which has been widely studied for its ability to help break down mucus and support lung function. NAC is often recommended for respiratory support, and it’s a good choice for those dealing with congestion or seasonal sinus discomfort.
Beyond NAC, the formula includes Andrographis and Thyme Leaf, two herbal extracts that have been used in traditional medicine for respiratory support. Andrographis is particularly interesting because some research suggests it may help with immune function, while thyme has been known for its antimicrobial and expectorant properties, potentially aiding in clearing up stubborn mucus. Elderberry and Vitamin C add an extra immune-boosting element, which could be helpful for those who experience sinus issues alongside seasonal immune challenges. Licorice Extract is another noteworthy addition—traditionally used for its soothing effects on the respiratory system, though it’s something to be mindful of for those watching their blood pressure, as licorice can impact potassium levels in high doses.
After taking this for a while, any immediate difference wasn’t dramatic, but there was a very subtle sense of improved airflow, especially in the morning. Sinus supplements can be hit or miss, and since they work with the body over time rather than providing instant relief, patience is key. The good thing is that this formula is non-drowsy, meaning it can be taken during the day without affecting energy levels. Since ingredients like NAC and Andrographis have been studied for their long-term respiratory and immune benefits, this may be a worthwhile option for those who deal with chronic sinus issues or just want to keep their airways clearer throughout the year.
**As always, results can vary from person to person. Consulting a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement is advisable. Keep well (:

I’ve been dealing with persistent, low-grade sinus issues for years, the kind that don’t quite warrant a doctor’s visit but are consistently irritating. After seeing Herbalteatherapy SinoClear pop up in my searches, I decided to give it a try, mostly because I liked the natural ingredient list. It’s not a miracle cure, and I’m wary of anyone claiming such things, but I’ve noticed a subtle improvement. The constant, slight pressure I felt in my sinuses has diminished, and I seem to be experiencing fewer of those random, short bursts of congestion that would pop up throughout the day. I wouldn’t say my breathing is dramatically different, but it feels a bit easier, especially in the mornings. The capsules themselves are easy to swallow, and I appreciate that they’re made in the USA and non-GMO. It’s not a dramatic, life-altering change, but more of a gentle easing of symptoms. If you’re looking for a natural approach to managing mild sinus discomfort, this might be worth considering, just don’t expect instant or overwhelming results. It’s more of a gradual, subtle shift towards better comfort.

I can’t offer definitive information as to whether these pills are helpful. I’ve been suffering from sinus and various related headaches and was hoping this would help alleviate the symptoms. I’ve only taken it a couple of times so far, and it does seem to help a little bit.
It’s made (and it says formulated by MDs) in the USA and the distributor is specifically listed, which gives me some confidence in the product. This is from an herbal company, so that’s what you’re getting (see listed ingredients). Product shelf life, stamped along the bottom is about two years.
The bottle contains sixty capsules, dosage is two capsules daily, so this will last a month. These are not inexpensive; that’s about a dollar a day. If it works for you, that’s worth it.
These do have a strong odor, and though they’re easy and quick to swallow, they have a pretty pronounced herbal flavor, too—I think it’s the thyme. If you like thyme, it’s not unpleasant, but it surprised me when I first took these.
The one reluctance I have about these is that they contain, among other ingredients (shown in the vendor’s listing), licorice extract. As I have high blood pressure, I have been told to avoid licorice, though I don’t know that quantity (100 mg) will have an adverse effect. But it is something to keep in mind.
These do offer an alternative to less natural sinus treatments.

I recognize the taste of a few of the ingredients in the capsules, so I believe the ingredients are genuine. There were 31 capsules, instead of 30, so I was able to “sacrifice” one to taste it. The weight of all 30 seems reasonable to the contents plus the capsules.

These are my own personal standards for star reviews.
5 – I will be a loyal customer: In some way this exceeded my expectations: I would buy again and recommend.
4 – Not yet loyal, but I liked: This met my expectations and I recommend, but I don’t consider myself loyal yet and would switch if something better comes along.
3 – Shrug: This product is adequate but did not meet my expectations, though it may be exactly right for someone else.
2 – Head Shake: This item is functional but seems inferior to other similar products.
1 – Stop, no: Can’t recommend, or can’t imagine, why someone would choose this particular item.

I sometimes get fairly congested this time of year (maybe due to an allergen I can’t identify) and I wanted to see if this would help. Some of the ingredients in this product are kind of intriguing (like NAC and quercetin), but I don’t think it’s doing anything for me. Your mileage may vary.
