I am very impressed with the Medical Cooler Insulin Vial Carrying Travel. This product has been a lifesaver for me, as it allows me to easily carry my insulin with me wherever I go.
The cooler is small but effective, and it does its job well. I appreciate the convenient carrying strap, and the insulation keeps my insulin at the appropriate temperature. The compact size makes it easy to fit into a purse or bag, which is especially important for those of us who need to carry our medication with us at all times.
While the product may not be the most glamorous, it certainly gets the job done. It’s a great option for those who need to travel frequently or have busy schedules that require them to carry their medication with them.
Overall, I would highly recommend the Medical Cooler Insulin Vial Carrying Travel to anyone who needs to carry insulin or other medications with them on the go. It’s a reliable and effective product that has made my life much easier.

Even though it was always a bit of a struggle to zip the carrier all the way through, it did the job. But now, less than 1 year since I purchased it, the zipper is detaching itself from the fabric, making it almost impossible to open and I must now replace the carrier. Not a happy customer.

I had purchased this to use on vacation, so I could store and protect my insulin on a long road trip. This was going to be in my car’s trunk for several hours under 100+ degree temperatures. Preparing the kit for travel was simply a matter of putting the vial holder (which also serves as the cold block) in the freezer prior to travel. Once you’re ready to pack, just take it out of the freezer, let it sit out for a few minutes (to unthaw just a bit), then place the vials in the holder, the holder inside the insulated zippered bag, then zip it all up. The zipper is a little tight to get around the entire case, but it actually helps to secure everything solidly inside. The case (and my luggage) were in my vehicle’s trunk for about 7 hours or so while traveling. When I arrived, I found the insulin still cold (but not frozen). Overall, I am quite satisfied with the performance of this case, and look forward to using it again on my next vacation, in a few months.

As a T1D this is perfect for me! I was always worried about my insulin being too hot and breaking while traveling. This eliminates both of those fears.

Would highly recommend. The block does keep the insulin cool for a long period, assuming you’ve got it somewhere room-temp. Wouldn’t put it in the sun, for example. And I was able to easily fit the two vials PLUS x1 novolog and x1 lantus pen, with needles (as backup for my insulin pump) in the top pocket. I also slid some alcohol swabs underneath the ice block and they didn’t freeze for the 9 hours they were under it.
My only gripe, and this isn’t advertised as TSA friendly anyways, so this is entirely nitpicking – but I had issues with TSA. The TSA X-Ray machine (or whatever bags/shoes/etc go through) was unable to see through this, resulting in the agent pulling my bag aside and berating me with questions about the contents lol
Love this product for personal trips tho, like camping or staying at a hotel. Works perfectly for these scenarios!

Been almost a since purchasing this. It keeps insulin cool, not cold, for about 2 hours. The only disappointing thing is the zipper has broken. In fact the zipper itself is broken now. It has actually pulled out the stitches around one corner. If this is a common, then it’s not something I’d buy again.
Too bad ehh?

As someone who travels, this case is a lifesaver—literally. The included ice pack keeps insulin cold for hours, and the interior is padded and organized. Discreet and professional-looking.
✔ Tip: Freeze the ice pack overnight and you’re set for a day trip or even long travel. Fits multiple vials securely.

My fur baby was recently diagnosed with diabetes😒 I purchased this case to transport his caninsulin up to the cottage. Works great! Freeze the blue cooler in freezer for 24 hrs, replace backin case, put insulin vial in slot, zip closed and insulin will stay cool for 4-6 hrs. Only negative would be the zipper is very stiff and difficult to move around. I am expecting that with frequent use, it will loosen up. So far great travel case for diabetic

I bought one of this back on Feb of last year, and almost 2 years later, it broke. The item is good, don’t get me wrong. It has a relatively nice size, which is good for portability, and pockets to have your syringes; the outer shell is hard, so it does protect the insulin, and it does keep it cool for ~6-8hrs or so. With all that in mind, sadly the zipper of the item is not that durable.
It was already failing a month ago or so, until yesterday it completely gave up. Now the pack can’t be zipped, and so for the time being I have to relay on my lunch box to carry the cooler, to try to keep the insulin refrigerated. I already ordered a new one from here again, cause at the end of the day it did do it’s job, but the zipper is the problem, so if you’re planning on getting one, be aware the zipper may or may not give give you problems down the line.
