I had some gunk that’s going around and used up all my elderberry liquid. It was rather annoying to take so I decided I’d try the gummy route.
These gummies are tasty and don’t require you to rinse out a dosing cup afterward (or end up with a nasty, sticky dosing cup). They say a serving is 2 gummies, so think of it as getting half the servings as you have gummies. I slightly prefer to have a one-gummy serving, but this allows some flexibility in your desired serving size. I won’t be able to comment on effectiveness in myself until I have another set of germs to fight, hopefully not for a while.
I hope I won’t need these for a good while, but these will be a convenient way for me to take elderberry next time the gunk hits.

I got these gummies to help with my aging immune system. My medical conditions don’t allow me to take prescription immune support, so this looked like a good option.
The gummies taste good. They’re sweeter than other gummies I’m taking, but that’s not a bad thing for my tastes. The texture is less chewy than typical gummy candy, so it Chews easy. You can bite right through without any springy resistance. A plus for my dental issues.
Not a terrible deal for an easy to take alternative to pills. As with any supplement YMMV, but I go by the studies that show elderberry is good for immune support. I’d rather take for the chance of a benefit yhan not take and not even try to help my curb my problems.

I’d never used an elderberry product before, and wasn’t sure what to expect. I’m still not entirely sure what to expect. These gummies taste great! I’ve felt a general sense of well-being while taking them. Whether they’re the cause of that, I have no idea. But at the very least, no harm done.

I normally make my own elderberry syrup, but it is hard to carry when you travel by plane. These are a great alternative and will definitely be my go-to if I travel again. I am not sure how their immune support compares to the syrup, but I believe they were effective. I had no health issues whatsoever
