2. Retire a tampa de segurança girando-a suavemente, sem tocar na ponta da lanceta.

These are good quality lancets that work well. I only have one issue with them and that is they are not depth adjustable so it’s a one size (depth) fits all. They are simple to use, just remove the white cap and press the white flat end of the blue tube against your finger. The needle is spring loaded so not much pressure is needed. It’s easy to tell if a lancet has been used because the white tip recedes into the blue tube and cannot be reused.

Picked these up to throw in a med kit to keep in my personal rig. I don’t know if I’ll use them very often, but they are nice to have. I tested my own finger, and the depth is good enough to get a sample, but not too deep to cause much pain. The design is a little smaller than other lancets I’ve used in the past, but not a deal breaker.
NONNA of 8 –
My husband has to check his levels 2x’s a day, as I am sure you can imagine how uncomfortable that is after a while on your fingers which have a lot of vessels. Each pinprick with these lancets though, don’t hurt at all. I think between them being 30G vs the lower Gauge that he has used in the past has made some difference, also these you just press against your skin instead of the kind you have to press a button which releases the needle. If you press to hard with those not only does it hurt already sensitive areas of your finger but sometime it make too much blood come it. This delivers just the correct pressure to enable the correct amount of blood to come out and then be able to be tested. The 1.8mm is also a good depth for his skin, even in the areas he has built up callouses. These come in a box of 100 with covers and retract the needle therefore no chance of getting stuck prior to or after you activate the lancet. We also found the price to be competitive, some were even higher in price and yet didn’t prove any difference in quality or quantity. We will be putting these on our subscribe and save if they are available for that service and if not we will continue to purchase these regardless.

I really like the small size and convenience of these lancets. There’s nothing to prep ahead of time, you just twist off the cap and because the needle retracts after use, disposal is simple. What I didn’t like so much is that they are pressure activated rather than having some sort of triggering button, and it takes a fair amount of pressure to set it off. I had to sort of work up the courage to keep increasing the pressure until it finally jabbed me. It was a little more painful than the ones I use with a button and it left a small bruise on my finger. Aside from that, it did work well.

These sharps are effective, and are a great alternative to the higher priced drugstore items.

These safety lancets work well and are much more convenient than regular lancets are. Perfect depth every time. So far I haven’t run across a dull one.

I don’t have much experience with lancets, so I don’t have any great insights to share. I needed them for a home blood test because I wasted one of the ones that came with it so I could see the needle because I was nervous. I need to redo the test and have none of the pressure-activated kind left and don’t want to use the other kind. These work fine and I have no complaints.

My mother is diabetic and I am boarder line and I have to keep check. These lancers are easy to use and work well and provide enough blood to test. I recommend.
