I needed an unscented, gentle soap. I have very sensitive skin. Blisque castille soap was exactly what I needed. I have been able yo use it for a few weeks and have had no reactions. I highly recommend this product.

First impressions: to give you an idea, we normally use Dr. Bronners SalSuds. This soap is much thinner than what we’re used to. However, we did expect this to some degree since the Blisque brand is just over half the price of Bronners. It’s unscented, which is fine because we can scent it with our own essential oils if we wish.
First use: I found this soap to be very oily, lacking in the lather department. It will sud up while I scrub dishes but then quickly turn to oily if I don’t rinse immediately.
Uses: I use castille soap for laundry, hard surface cleaner that I blend myself and dish soap as well as other applications. Well it was too greasy. Leaving dishes greasy after rinsing and drying; my cleaning spray leaving a cloudy residue on my surfaces. I was unhappy and we thought we may return it and just bite the bullet, staying with Bronners.
Solutions: my boyfriend is great at fixing things so he looked it up and we learned that we just needed to adjust the Ph to fix the problem. You can simply research this issue online to find different methods for solution. Anyway, we have mostly fixed the oily issue. It’s still not perfect but it’s all about experimenting! We’re deciding to keep the soap for now, it may get too annoying to get batch after batch that we have to tinker with. We are also considering that we may have gotten an off batch.

I purchased this product because I was tired of purchasing different soaps that were drying, too watery, irritating to my skin or costly. Having pups, I have to wash my hands often but my hands always feel so soft. No itchy, rashes, no runniny out to the store often or purchasing numerous bottles to trash. I now make my own hand and body soap and it works excellent. I’m getting my next purchase before they change the ingredients (lol).
