Just great to use because it really does exfoliate. You have to be strong willed but it’s great when you get used to it. After 2 or 3 days it’s easy to use

30 Day update. I love this soap. I still would like a stronger scent, but the sandpapery scrub is so therapeutic. Not for the faint of heart, but for a man who wants a manly light scent that will leave you really really clean it’s amazing. It took a full month to use the whole bar.
It smells like men’s soap should, but the scent is barely there, and the sandpaper like texture takes some getting used to. You do feel really clean after. It did have that sticky, dry skin feel after using it. It is a good soap for hardy men who want a good scrubbing. If the scent was strong and lingered, I would love it.

I like that this soap lasts a long time and that the exfoliation is just right (doesn’t hurt to use on my face and sensitive skin areas but gritty enough for the rest of my body). The scent is subtle and pleasant too.

This is not a soap for sensitive skin. It is a very coarse, sandpaper-like soap. It does the job it is intended for, namely exfoliating. There is no question whether it removes dead skin — and maybe some live skin. The scent is not the most pleasant, but this is not a beauty bar, it is a therapeutic soap.
