I’d never tried goat milk soap and I’m really glad I did! This bar is very soothing to the skin (face as well as body) and has a nice lather. I need a fragrance free soap, this doesn’t smell great (hey, goat!), but it’s ok and worth getting used to! I will buy again!

Love a great, natural, fragrance free, moisturizing soap. I do wish it wasn’t so expensive on Amazon. The soap does last longer for me than I’ve read from other reviewers. Overall, highly recommend.

I bought this for my pregnant wife (smell sensitivity, and she’s not LARPing as someone who does) because it is marketed as “fragrance free” and “unscented”. I can definitely get a clear strength smell from these bars, they probably smell slightly MORE than typical soap. My wife also gets a notable smell AFTER I use them and tells me to stay away. The smell lasts about 1-2 hours. The smell is neutral, it has a funk, isn’t awful, but isn’t pleasant either. But the purpose for which I bought this soap? That has failed. It smells.
Now, as for the soap itself, I can say nothing bad as someone who has made soap myself. It’s high quality soap manufacture, firm, not too oily nor too harsh. It was well made. The makers just need to work on the whole “fragrance free” aspect – I can make a soap out of farts, without any additional perfumes, and it will still smell like farts – that’s what’s happening here I believe.

At first I hated the smell of this soap but I’ve been trying to find a soap with goats milk that is better for my skin so I used the soap anyways. The smell has grown on me and it doesn’t stay on the skin. It makes my skin feel clean. Lathers well. Just wish the smell was better.
