Updating for performance now that it’s been a while:
Just added the 5th star because I’m finally off the doxycycline I used for years (low dose) to manage my rosacea! So to clarify, when I started using this product I was not having active flare-ups… I don’t know how/if it would have helped in that situation. But whenever I got off my doxycycline in the past to try some new topical or miracle cream my skin would get burning/itchy within days with a full on flare up after 4-5 days. About 7 days ago I started a new regimen that includes a compounded topical ointment from my dermatologist + moisturizer in the morning and Marvesol at night and the results have been great!!!
Apparently they had some issues with their packaging vendor: the bottle I purchased through Amazon did not dispense (at all) as others have noted. Since I was already outside the return policy I contacted the manufacturer directly and they send another bottle immediately, no problem (I returned the defective one so they could improve their processes).
Now to the product itself: it’s only been a few days so it’s too early to say whether it improves my rosacea. I’m not the biggest fan of the smell, but I only apply at night. My skin feels nice and soft in the morning, there is no irritation, so I’m hopeful. Will try to remember to update once it’s been long enough to judge

Personally, I don’t like to try new products on my face. The fact that Marvesol is made with natural ingredients, and the great results my friends had after using it for a few days, encouraged me to order one online. I’m glad I did…
Marvesol acted as a magical cream after I got a painful rash under my chin from wearing a surgical mask in a humid area for a long period of time. The rash was very irritating and noticeable even though I kept the area dry and clean then switched to a handmade cotton mask. But, nothing was working. I couldn’t see a dermatologist at that time and didn’t want to use any product with harmful chemicals. I applied Marvesol on the affected area and within minutes I felt pain relief. The next morning, I noticed and felt an improvement with my skin rash, and after three days, the rash completely disappeared. I was surprised at how fast and effective this cream is.

Very happy to have found this moisturizer! I am 66 years old with very fair sensitive skin that has veining and reacts to everything. I also developed a problem with demodex mites that caused irritation. Tea tree oil and lactic acid products did not work for me and were also too harsh and drying. I tried every type moisturizer (natural, organic, etc.) that I could find for rosacea and sensitive skin but nothing worked. Actually just added to the problem and left my skin irritated. Finally found Marvesol and decided to give it a chance. My skin is now glowing! This product is natural and very gentle and I use it morning and night. It does have a fragrance due to the natural oils and this fades after application. I also use a low pH cleanser. The price for Marvesol might seem high, but for me I consider the benefit of having a healthy complexion and not being frustrated by products that irritate my face.

I bought this hoping, like it promised, that the redness would go away. I’ve used it daily and have seen no improvements. I went out on a limb and spent some money on product and it was a waste. I am so disappointed.

This product was useless. Smelled awful and after 2 weeks my skin was more red an irritated. Total waste of money.

So far I’m on my second bottle I got my first order in February 2 and got my second bottle April 2… I went a few days without it, you know waiting for payday I found that it helps me I have rosacea and I think this cream really helps keep it at bay. So far it has not cured it but it has kept my face much calmer! And I find it better than having to take antibiotic all the time.

Marvesol helped me drastically reduce my sun spots and blemishes! Love the cream and I can feel it working instantaneously through a tingling sensation as soon as I apply it. I use Marvesol as part of my nightly regiment and usually follow by applying Vitamin C serum on top of it. I started seeing great results in as little as 4 weeks. When I first applied Maresol on my face, I noticed it has a strong scent from all it’s natural oils and herbal ingredients. I personally didn’t mind the scent since it disappears very quickly.
