This product is great – it helps my lips heal when Chapstick does not. But, there’s no good reason for the price to have just doubled recently – it shouldn’t be more than about $6!?! I guarantee you the Japanese company that sells this product did not raise the price nearly that much and this seller is just too greedy. I won’t be buying from Amazon until the price goes back down, I can get it from other stores for about $5. (Or I’ll just grab extra next time I go to Japan – $12 is just not an OK price!!!)

I have been using this medicated lipstick in Japan for a long time (it is probably the most selling lipstick in Japan), and when my lips get dry in the winter or sore, this lipstick makes them feel better immediately. Since coming to the US, I have tried many other lipsticks, but none of them worked for me, and I have come to the conclusion that Rohto’s lipstick is the best. This classic lipstick, which costs $1 in Japan, is expensive in the U.S., but I still wanted it. My son grew up in the US and he too loves this product. I highly recommend this product to those who cannot cure dryness and soreness with other lipsticks.

I’ve been using Carmex for a long time but I wanted to use the lip balm has the effect of healing. This one definitely works for dry, chapped, and cracked lips. My lip is hurt sometimes because of dryness but it makes my lip keeps moisture. One thing that I’m not sure about / I don’t know yet is sun protection. Because I can’t see it with my eyes. Anyway, I’m going to keep buying this lip balm! Recommend everyone who has the same issue as me.
