I like how it works well. I don’t like that the cream is hard to stick to the inside of the mouth. It just sticks to my finger.

By far the best thing I’ve used for canker sores. It doesn’t taste terrible, don’t numb your whole mouth, heals it, doesn’t burn, and puts a small layer over it to help it heal. Highly recommend.

Okay, so I NEVER get canker sores! I’ve only had like 3 in my whole life! Welp, I ended up getting one 2 days ago. A really ugly lookin one right on my bottom lip. Made my lip swell too! In the past I spent the big $$$ for that tiny name brand tube of Abreva. Let me tell you, this stuff worked wonders in just a few hours for me! By the end of the day you couldn’t even tell I had one on my lip! Not to mention this doesn’t cost an arm and a leg like the name brand stuff! now when you apply this I did notice that it slightly numbs the area and it gives it like a cold cooling sensation. I didn’t mind it. Also when you apply it it goes on smooth and it also gives the affected area a “protective Layering”. It almost reminds me of liquid bandage! Also I found that my normal everyday makeup applies smoothly and it doesn’t affect the ointment on the area it was applied on! I would definitely highly recommend this! I will keep one of these bad boys stashed away if ever needed again in the future FOR SURE!

Ok, so I don’t know what is in this that makes it work so well. It doesn’t make sense honestly, but It is amazing. I was given this by a pharmacist back in 2000 when pregnancy stress brought a chronic cancer sore that just wouldn’t go away. As a teenager I would just swish with salt water and in a few days it would heal up, but not this time. So she gives it to me and amazingly… a sore that plagued me for over a month started healing in a couple of days. Within a week it was gone. I kept a stock of it for years. It used to come in a screw top canister. So, I haven’t had a canker sore in years. The ONLY pharmacy that carried this product has changed ownership a few times since I have and they no longer carry it so I was so glad to find it on Amazon and in a tube. It should prevent the drying out! I cannot recommend this enough. I had a canker sore this time for a week before getting this in the mail. Using salt and water rinse until it came. It came on Monday. Tuesday it is almost healed!! Like I said. It doesn’t make sense but its magic!!!

What the heck is in the product!?! If I bite my lip I know my lip is going to swell and i keep accidentally biting it d/t the swelling. This then will turn into a terrible canker sore that is very painful that can take 10 days or longer to feel better. I bit my lip several times in the same spot by accident right before our vacation and I did not want to deal with the pain during our time away. Canker started to form and become painful. I ordered this products and arrived within 24 hrs. I put this on my lip and I felt immediate relief. I thought I was going to have to keep reapplying but I applied once and this took my pain away then my canker sore started to disappear quicker than ever!! I was shocked. The sore usually gets bigger and more painful after day 3. This was applied on day 3 and it started to get better. I also made sure I tried my lip before applying as it was easier for the product to stay on. I give this product 5 stars!!

It did numb the area, as I was applying it on my canker sore, but man, it makes the area incredibly dry! The flavor is not great, what do ya expect? I bought a mouthwash as well, and that mouthwash seemed to help me much more. I guess you can apply this when you can’t take the canker sore pain anymore, which was me. I had 2 canker sores on my left side and eating was impossible. The night I put this on, it did a good job! I stopped using it though, didn’t like how dry it makes your mouth.
Got a picture for reference if you’re wondering, with a quarter, it’s pretty small but you only need a tiny bit as canker sores aren’t huge. For $7, it’s not bad. Saves you from the unbearable pain!
