I’ve been using this for a month and I haven’t noticed a particular difference in gut health. It hasn’t made anything worse, but I also haven’t noticed an improvement in my gut health either.

I’ve been very impressed with all the Force Factor supplements I’ve tried. Glutamine doesn’t get the buzz it once does, or at least doesn’t seem to, but I still see it in post-workout drink mixes from time to time. I plan on adding 5 g. (1 scoop) to my post-workout smoothie as an aid to recovery. This can will give me 60 servings, and since I only work out twice (sometimes three times) a week on a HIT routine, it will last me a good long time, making it an excellent value. The scoop is included. The powder itself is a pure white, slightly sweetish, and a tad gritty, but pleasant enough to just drop on your tongue and wash down with water. There’s a teensy bit of a bitter aftertaste that way, but it also mixes easily in water or other liquids. Mixed into a smoothie or shaken up in a cup with some protein, you won’t even know it’s there. I’m really glad to have this back in my routine.

I think this is a decent quality l glutamine powder for the price. I normally only use this after a long day outdoors. I mixed mine with an electrolyte drink. No issues with taste, mixing, or digestion. It’s a easy to use by mixing in your drink of choice. I do feel a little better and notice less soreness when taking l glutamine after physical activity.

After my workouts on weight training days I drink a flavored Whey protein shake that I add some L-Glutamine powder to as well and I need the L-Glutamine to not clump and to not have flavor that will ruin the taste of the shake. I find this powder mixes well and for me has no noticeable flavor. Also, since Force factor is well known brand, I trust that the ingredients are accurate.

This is another great product from Force Factor. This L-Glutamine powder contains 5 grams per small scoop and will last about 3 months per container when taken daily.
I usually mix this in my water bottle for the gym, and drink it during my workout. I use cold water and a little mixing wand. The water stays clear and remains tasteless – as it should!
I really like the mixability, the small scoop, and how it doesn’t alter the drink.
I would highly recommend this powder to anyone looking to add L-Glutamine to their routine.
