I’m so happy with the results of these two supplements! I was clenching my teeth at night and having trouble sleeping and this combo of supplements has worked extremely well!
I have more energy during the day, my jaw doesn’t pop or click like it use to when I eat nor do I find myself clenching anymore at night and I feel like my focus is better while I’m working cause of the better sleep I’m getting. Love this stuff!

As a long term sleep fail type and long term grinder, these totally appealed to me and I had to try them. The ingredient list is legit- I mean, I have used all of these supps solo for one use or another, and together? Solid. I wake up and no longer feel like my jaw ran a marathon in the night. I don’t ache and have the muscle soreness- it feels really good. As for better sleep, it’s up for grabs. I’m a horrible sleeper- some nights I have stayed asleep, some I wake up a dozen times. At least I’m waking up with a happy jaw and teeth!

So I wanted to try these because nothing puts me to sleep anymore it worked the first night and didn’t the next 12. I think my body just adopts to things fast so idk but it’s worth a try. Not a bad after taste either

I have been stress-grinding my teeth to the point of needing a night guard and must be fitted for one soon, so it was serendiptious for me to find these supplements. I always need something to help me sleep at night after years of working a night shift and I appreciate that this combo helps resolve both issues. They don’t make me groggy in the morning which is most important for me and I do feel extra relaxed and have more pleasant dreams that don’t lead to the grinding. I will definitely be ordering more when these run out.

I ordered the product because of the reviews they said it good for Tmj but it didn’t help me at all. It make my symptoms worse , the other one they said it helps for sleeping gave me insomnia all night. Be aware don’t waste your money this medications are not good for Tmj .

The bottles had a wrapper over the lid and a seal underneath the lid. The expiration date of the Sleep/Zzz pills is 08/2023 while the JAW pills are 05/2025. They’re made in the USA. I ordered this mainly for the JAW pills since my sleep problems aren’t too bad. I am also already on a nighttime antidepressant. I don’t think it’s a good idea to mix them. Directions for both of the bottles say to take it before bedtime. That means 3-4 pills a night. Unfortunately, I find the JAW capsules too big to swallow (haven’t opened Zzz). It’s close to 1 inch long (2.5cm) and about 8mm wide. Sorry, I’m not a good swallower and I did not attempt to try. However, the capsule is easy to open so I am able to dump out the powder and take it that way. I will update my review in the future.

Be aware, you are not able to return the product even if unopened. I purchased, showed my dentist, he stated there was no known evidence entailing the vitamins would cure or heal TMJ. However, in all honesty he did say “they are vitamins so I don’t think they will hurt to try”. I have no choice but to keep them since I can’t return them. Wishing everyone the best:) the alternative, if suffering from TMJ, he made me a TN which is an upper front tooth guard to help stop the grinding from the front teeth. The way as described is, history states our front lower teeth are known to be weak and unable to break hard items hence why we use the side molars because they automatically know and have the strength to break tuff items. Therefore, the TN helps reduce the grinding by rewiring your autonomic route to then stop the grinding… wow let’s see if it works!? Lots of luck to all!

I have tried a few nights for my teeth clenching problem. I took two of each and I feel asleep quickly and if I clenched my teeth I was not aware. I did not wake up with a aching jaw or aching teeth. I did feel a little foggy but can’t really tell if it was the sleep aid. I have some dementia that causes it too.
