I’ve bought these twice before and just placed another order. They have the same active ingredients in the same amounts as the exorbitantly overpriced name brand and, while the taste is different, it’s not unpleasant. These are good for an upset stomach but they also serve another purpose – bismuth is an antibacterial and is recommended for use when visiting places where the food may be of questionable safety. It’s important to be careful what you eat, of course (and moreso what you drink) but I also follow the regimen of two chewables four times a day.

Just as good as the name brand product for a fraction of the cost. Taste is great as well! Since these come in bulk, we end up keeping one in each of our work bags/purse and desks so we always have them handy when the need arises!

I like this product and have purchased it several times over the years. It is great for occasional indigestion and less expensive than the name brand. Problem is that this last time I ordered, the plastic in which the tablets are packed is so tough and hard I need a scissors to open it, which makes it totally inconvenient for pocket or purse. I am writing the review in the hopes that the sellers/manufacturers correct this in the future.

I’ve been using the equate brand version of this product but after receiving a batch that tasted stale and extra chalky I went searching for something else. I took a chance and ordered these and I am so glad I did! First, they are the least chalky of all the pink bismuth brands I’ve tried. Also, the flavor is a little sweet which, along with the minimally chalky texture, makes chewing on these a pleasant experience (as opposed to disgusting or tolerable). Lastly, these are an awesome value and it’s nice to know that I can count on having “a stash“ when I need it! I would highly recommend this product.
