I got this to try because I saw it on a pregnancy safe website. I’m used to the unfortunateness that is most physical sunscreens but this is horrible. It goes on smooth but when it dries down it is STICKY. You’d never be able to wear makeup with this. Even my eyebrows look like they’re glued to my face. It also doesn’t spread smooth – it almost spreads like a sunscreen that has been left out in the heat/cold too many times and has separated. The white cast I expect with these products unfortunately but with the other issues, I’d never use this again.

The product works and has clean ingredients. The issue is that it is very hard to rub in and it leaves a very significant what cast on the skin. I will likely not repurchase.

I have a hard time with mineral sunscreen with an olive skin tone. Even tinted ones are an off colour for me. However, this one surprised me. I do have to apply small amounts at a time to my face but it ultimately blends really nicely without leaving a white cast. No scents either, very simple but effective, and a good price!

This is really nice mineral sunscreen (clean ingredients, unscented) but there’s jsut no such thing as mineral sunscreen from a bottle that doesn’t give a whitecast. Unless you’re applying in pea size increments all over your body (who has time for that) it never fully spreads out from the spot you apply it to. I did however also purchase the Altitude stick which I’m loving! The nature of the stick allows you to easily spread a thin layer all over, that actually can be rubbed in for minimal white cast.

I’ve been looking for “clean” products and I like other items from this brand, so I thought I would give their sunscreen a try…I will say that it definitely works! It’s stays in all day, and I haven’t been burden at all, but I do have a slight tan on my chest, arms, and shoulders. BUT, there are drawbacks. 1. It leaves an obvious white coating that is difficult to rub in. I feel like I pull my face and stretch it out trying to rub in the remnants which is not what I want for my delicate facial skin. 2. It’s thick and dries quickly like a mud mask. If you mix it in with your moisturizer or serums, that makes it a little more malleable, but it still dries quickly with a white coating. 3. It’s only 30 SPF. While it’s does work, I would feel more protected with a higher SPF, but it’s hard to find in a sunscreen that’s “clean” so, I will finish the tube for now while I keep looking for one that fits my needs.

This is terrible. It leaves white residue that does not disappear, makes us look like a clown or Pierrot. I had to rinse my face after applying it so my colleagues wouldn’t launch at me.

I love that this sunscreen uses clean ingredients! The only thing I didn’t love is that it took a little extra time to rub in compared to other sunscreens, but to have the clean ingredients I think that is a fine compromise.
