Great for reducing cellulite quickly before swimsuit time. Not a permanent fix. Just a quick temporary fix for a couple hours.

After two major intestinal surgeries, my husband needed a little comfort for quite awhile through the recovery and tried all the different varieties of the Preparation H ointments. This one with the aloe is the best. He says it soothes, doesn’t sting, isn’t sticky and a little does the job. The three tubes in the subscribe and save option is the best deal for the money I’ve found. W-Mart and W-Greens don’t carry this version locally, so I count on Amazon to make sure we have it handy if required.

I have to say that I think this version of Prep H (why are there so many versions?) is the best I’ve tried yet (previously I used the ointment for a long time). For whatever reason, my hemorrhoids get much worse in the heat of summer–I guess things naturally swell in your body in heat anyway, and bodies retain more fluid in summer. Anyway, the screaming bouts were getting pretty loud this summer (surprised the neighbors haven’t called the police to see if I’m being attacked, lol), so I tried this cream. (There are also some good prescription solutions, but they’re not cheap.) It seems to be working faster and better than any of the other products made by this company. And for that I will be forever grateful–no one who doesn’t suffer from this has any idea how intense the pain can be. By the way, make sure if you order the three-pack, you get it–I didn’t. Amazon was great about solving the situation, as usual, but still.

What can I say, nobody wants to go into the office with puffy eyes because they didn’t get enough sleep and this little tube takes care of all that by taking away the puffiness! I should point out that I wake up several hours before I have to head into the office so if it’s one of those days where I need it, I apply it under my eye (sometimes carefully to my eyelids as well) and leave it on for about an hour or so. I then hop in the shower and wash it off because it is an ointment and you cannot apply makeup over it because it does not absorb into the skin like a lotion would. I do believe they sell it in lotion form though so I would imagine if you are purchasing Prep H for under eye treatment you might want to try using the lotion, but I can’t comment on how well it works because I’ve never tried it. Great little secret for women who can’t stand having puffy eyes!
