This “fruit punch” flavor was not my favorite TASTE, but it COULD be combined with daily fruit smoothies for (a) supplement and (b) convenient changes of taste (to vary how your nutritional smoothies taste to you).

I have been looking for a preworkout that didn’t make me jittery and came across this one! I tried it and I love it! I ordered the fruit punch and it has a nice taste. I look forward to drinking it each morning before my workouts. The price is also nice!

I found this helpful with energy levels and getting in a better workout. But unfortunately I have stopped consuming it as I find the taste a bit unbearable for my liking. I’ve had many fruit punch drinks and liked them just fine, this one doesn’t do it for me. Now if you do enjoy the flavor I think you will find this well worth the money. I say that because the powder mixes really well with water and does really serve as a great pre-workout. You also get 30 servings in a tub, which will last a awhile.

I’m a fan of pre-workouts for the energy burst they provide before exercise, and this one delivers OK.
The fruit punch flavor is tasty enough, and it dissolves pretty well in cold water.
However, the 200 mg of caffeine is a bit high for me, so I find myself adjusting the serving size, which affects the flavor.

My husband has been using this and he said he can feel the extra energy from it, but he thinks it is really gross. We got the fruit punch flavor, which he normally is a fan of that flavor, but not with this product. So yes, it will give you energy, but for him at least – the flavor isn’t good.

I really can’t believe this brand exist but so glad they do. Ive been begging the universe to make every single one of their products and it’s come true ! I try to use organic and clean, thoughtful ingredient based companies and Wellah checks all the boxes! I’m so stoked to have FINALLY found a replacement for Celcius. I don’t do coffee nor have time (or the memory) to steep some tea at 7am while getting my kids ready to start another day so I have always opted for a pre workout powder, at least the last 5 years I have..I’ve been using Celcius stick packs every morning and afternoon for quite a while now due to the somewhat clean ingredients, 200mg caffeine and affordability and mobility of the stick packs but I read somewhere recently that sucralose can turn ON cancer genes and how much is destroys our gut microbiome and lowering our immune system , I have been trying to find something clean and delivers at least 200mg caffeine but have literally only found one other brand that checks the boxes, ProMix.
But THIS product RULES! It has everything I look for in my morning energizer and more with the super fruit blends.
I also have the watermelon and grape Splish Splash hydration powder and Without an electrolyte powder, I wouldn’t drink anywhere near the amount of water I actually need living in Florida, 108 degrees today real feel. I have used the brand Cure Hydration for about three years and I love them but they have gotten too expensive. Enter Wellah, again an extremely clean, tastey and affordable electrolyte powder. I’m going to grab the stick packs of both next so I can take them in my back pack to work or wherever else I end up.
For reference, My Wife HAD stage 4 Lymphoma three years ago and beat it but now we just found out she has Thyroid Cancer, so what we put in our body REALLY matters to us. Thanks Wellah, I can tell you actually do think about the common person whose trying to keep it all together on a day to day basis 💪🤘🙏❤️

Becasue of the aftertaste, I cannot have one full scoop by itself in water. Instead, I add 1/2 a scoop to my iced tea – which is perfect – sweetens my tea, while at the same time giving me an energy boost!
If you are someone who drinks pre-workout drink mix regularly, you may not notice the aftertaste (since most of these powders have it). But if you aren’t – it is really strong – I couldn’t drink the mix alone.
