When I first received my bag, I was disappointed one of the clips on the shoulder strap had a manufacturing defect. I contacted PracMedic customer service team, asking for a replacement. I was impressed with the immediate response of my initial contact and had a replacement at my door within days. The ladies working with me were very polite and worked hard to get it corrected promptly. In the current state of the world I found this service to be unexpected in the best possible way. My replacement had no quality issues. The bag fits all my diabetic and other health issues supplies and is very organized–which is important for me as sometimes I need immediate access to supplies. I haven’t taken it to large events yet, but I’m confident it will work as I need it to.

This bag appears to be well made but isn’t overly heavy. I like the shoulder strap. It has several interior pockets. They may be handy for some but I found four of them to be a little small. The bag included a plastic carrying case that will easily hold 3 vials of insulin. The bag is full to bursting once all my diabetes supplies are inside. It seems to be more accommodating to insulin pens than vials. I couldn’t find a pocket for my syringes so I placed them in the bottom of the bag. There also wasn’t a convenient spot for a glucometer or a spare CGM sensor. I think it is a good bag but I’d like a bigger option with adjustable pockets. A range of color choices would be nice too.

I haven’t taken it out for a spin, but I am really excited about it. I have one from another company that is in the style of a messenger bag which is great for when I will be out all day, but this is great for a quick trip to the doctor’s office and to the pharmacy. It holds my asthma and migraine medication and the bottle it came with perfect to carry my cough syrup. What else can I say except thank you for a small and convenient med bag.

I travel a lot. This is great to carry what I need for all my medication. This bag can not be counted as a carry on. I really like how it is so organization. The appearance is very nice. This bag is very sturdy.

Flew Jetblue 7/12/19 (Kid friendly & Allergy ‘friendly’ airline. Both my girls (4 & 2yo) are ANA to peanuts & cashews by contact plus asthma so I had a lot to carry with me. Inside the bag I fit – 3 epi pens, an inhaler, bought a travel size nebulizer w/the mask (ask me for the link), 3 vials of albuteral, a unopened box of children’s benadryl w/ syringe, a tube of cream benadryl & I folded 5 pieces of papers with all the prescriptions copied on them. I also bought these “medical
alert epi pens inside” pins that I clipped on the zipper (ask for the link). This bag is about the size of a standard water bottle and it zips all the way down so it opens wide to get everything in there. Check out my photos O attached! It fit all our essentials and I just threw it right on the TSA belt to get scanned. No issues and it comes with a strap which I didn’t use but my 4yo carried it with no issues. The quality of the bag is great. If you need anything else to fit in addition to what i included then i would suggest a bigger bag! We carried on benedryl kids tablets and travel size clorox wipes in my bag because it wouldn’t fit. But awesome to carry around for wherever you are going. It is basically like carrying a cross bag small purse so if I needed it out and about on the town, I would have to use a tote purse to put it inside. Hope this helps someone👍🏼

This is the second time we have bought this because we wore out the first one. This is the only Med Bag that fits all of our medications and clearly states medication on the outside of the bag. It fits an epi-pen, Benadryl, inhaler, O2 reader and various other items perfectly. Only issue is this time when it arrived, the strap was missing. So, I’ll have to look online for a strap that will work. I would give 5 stars if the strap wasn’t missing from the delivery.
