This is my second batch of tinted lip balms that I have ordered through Poppy and Pout. They are a little darker since I have tan fair skin, but I’ll try them in the winter months. The lighter ones work best for me. I like the light color along with tint. I’m very glad I tried these and hope they will be coming out with more tinted lip balms. Thank you, Susan L. Hawkins

I’ve been a fan of Poppy & Pout for a while now and love their original lip balms, so when I discovered the tinted ones, I just had to try them. Once again, a winner lip product. The ingredients are so clean, the colors are subtle so they don’t scream “I’m wearing lipstick”, and the peppermint adds a tingle and fresh scent. I went with the Best Sellers trio and am obsessed with the darker shade (Roxie). I’m not one who likes a super obvious lipstick look, so thought it would be too dramatic for my complexion, but it blends really well and slightly amplifies my natural color. I even put this balm on before bed because the peppermint feels so nice. Tempted to get these for all my sisters/friends for Christmas.

The set of three cardboard tubes are difficult to maneuver. The flat top is difficult to apply and has short staying power. The shades are OK but disappointed in the sheen.

I loved the idea of recyclable packaging, and the ingredients list looked great.
Unfortunately, when I received the product, I did not realize there was such a high amount of shimmer/frost, which looks totally 80’s or early 2000’s to me.
I liked the highly pigmented colors, but the shades are way too light for the majority of skin tones! I have fair but warm skin complexion. The lighter two of the three shades were way too light even for my skin. The third shade I liked enough to hopefully use despite the shimmer, but once I pushed up the tube, it would not push back down, and when closed stuck to the cap, rendering it useless.
Such a disappointing product for $40.

These feel nice on the lips. The balm is BIG, so it’s hard to get it on without going outside the lips. I wish it was a skinnier tube.

I was hesitant to try these at first, but after some convincing by a friend I bought the best sellers trio and I’ve been converted!!! The colors are very nice, and they can be subtle or darkened up!
I expected the darkest shade to be a little much for me, but it is actually a great everyday shade. The other two are more on the nude scale, which I like to use when I’m going to work or with certain outfits!
They’re so smooth and feel hydrating!
I LOVE the cardboard tube too, which is something I didn’t quite expect!

You name a brand, and I have tried it and been disappointed. I have ultra sensitive lips — allergic to so many things as I get older and nothing has helped…until I found Poppy & Pout. These tinted balms are my favorite because they are the most soothing and refreshing balm I have ever tried. I am so excited for the gift pack with ALL the tinted balms to launch because I can’t get enough of these fabulous lip tints. My lips feel 100% better after using these less than 24 hours. That’s magic!!

First off, I am a sucker for good packaging! The packaging was so perfect and you could smell the minty scent from the moment you opened it. The organic ingredients really caught my interest and the recycled packaging was such a pleasing changing to a new product! As far as the product wear goes, I was amazed! They are very buttery smooth and have a beautiful sheer to them! If you’re looking for something moisturizing, sheer and simple, especially paired with a lip liner, these are for you!! The owner is also so sweet and this is such an amazing small business to support!!
