I recently ordered this FORCE FACTOR Marine Collagen Powder for Women and Men, Marine Collagen Peptides Type I & III with Hyaluronic Acid to Support Healthy Hair, Skin, Nails, Bones, and Joints, Unflavored, 30 Servings and feel like it works fairly decent. So I will continue to take it.

FORCE FACTOR Marine Collagen is a good way to get collagen into the body. Marine collagen often times is the most expensive form of collagen. Force factor collagen had very little taste, I mixed it with my morning coffee. I didn’t notice any altered taste in my coffee. I use one scoop about every other day.
Force factor collagen is non GMO, no gelatin, has no artificial colors and no sweeteners. Force factor is also made in the USA, which makes me trust the ingredients more. If you are looking for a collagen supplement, look no further.

This is marine collagen, derived from fish. It is thought to be best for skin, hair and nails. Bovine collagen, derived from cows, which is the other main collagen option, is thought to be more generally useful throughout the body, in ligaments, joints, arteries and muscles. This formulation has hyaluronic acid added which is also thought to help skin, hair and nails.
Marine collagen is thought by some to be a breast enlargement supplement. Probably not! It might make your breasts appear more youthful, since it is supposed to make your skin smoother and more supple. So, ladies, do with that what you will. I’m a guy. I hope it works, too. I use collagen because my skin has suffered damage from years of working in the sun. Hopefully this will help.
I like that this product is made in a GMP (good manufacturing practices) certified facility and is laboratory tested for purity and potency. The powder dissolves quickly and has no detectable taste. I put it in my coffee in the morning.

I’ve been taking collagen powder daily for several years, and of all the brands I’ve tried this has one of the least offensive tastes, which is a huge plus. But it does still have that hard to describe unpleasant collagen powder taste, though if you mix it with something other than water that will probably mask it well. I add it to a shaker bottle with around 12 ounces of water each morning and after a few good shakes there’s never an issue with bits not dissolving or sticking to the bottle. As another reviewer points out, other brands give much more exhaustive lists of what amino acids etc are in the powder and I think it would be good if Force Factor did the same; but that’s a branding issue and not necessarily an issue with the product itself, though that lack of transparency makes it harder to trust the product. I’ve been taking collagen for ages so it’s impossible to say if I’ve noticed any differences with this particular product, but importantly it doesn’t upset my stomach or have any negative effects. In general, more transparency would be nice but overall this is a competitively priced collagen powder that seems perfectly acceptable.

The website doesn’t show the back of the bottle, which has allergy warnings. Its manufactured in a facility that also processes milk and dairy products, as well as a variety of nuts, I am highly allergic to many of these products. When contacting Amazon they refused to authorize a return stating product is nonreturnable. Amazon hid the allergy warnings Amazon is no longer customer friendly. BUYER BE WEAR!!!!!!

I put this in my protein smoothies and I can’t even taste it. It works. It also feels like this is working making my nails and hair stronger and healthier!

I’ve been taking marine collagen for months to support joint health since I’m a runner and want to keep running for many more years. My go-to has always been Sports Research marine collagen because it mixes well into tea, is flavorless, and has an exhaustive ingredients list, so you know what you’re putting into your body. I decided to take a chance on Force Factor because the serving size is smaller, so it should theoretically pack more collagen into each serving, but I’ve come away very disappointed and am going straight back to Sports Research from here on out.
First, the packaging – I’ve uploaded photos of both Force Factor and Sports Research containers for reference. You can see obviously that Sports Research puts significantly more time into sharing what is in its supplements, what it does to your body and what the benefits are. Most of this information is missing on Force Factor’s labels, and Force Factor also includes Silicon Dioxide and Calcium Silicate. These are not present in Sports Research’s marine collagen and it’s not clear why they’re there or what they do. Sports Research lists out all the amino acids and what kind of fish contributed the collagen you’re consuming. This is good information and helps you get more comfortable about what you’re putting in your body.
Then there’s actually consuming it, which is where the real problem is. Sports Research’s marine collagen effectively disappears in beverages, making it easy to drink without ruining the flavor of whatever you’re drinking it in. Force Factor’s collagen, however, definitely has a slight taste to it and does not dissolve in liquids fully, leaving your last few gulps to be grainy and really unpleasant. Perhaps this is because they’re packing more into a smaller serving size, but to me it’s even more impressive that you need to use MORE of Sports Research’s collagen to get the same serving, but that it tastes significantly less.
The two brands are roughly the same price. $30 for Force Factor, $32 for Sports Research at time of review, and you get four more servings and a much more pleasant experience with Sports Research. Sorry, Force Factor, but I will not be coming back.
