If you are looking for a product to cut through the fuzzy feeling on your teeth and boost your dental hygiene routine then this is for you. I would say floss use this product then brush. Your teeth will be noticeably smoother and cleaner feeling. The taste is a smooth light mint. It is minty, but does NOT burn or tingle at all. It is a bit sticky if you get it on your bathroom counter so be sure there is no product left in the cup before you put the top back on. Great extra step for a deeper clean. I don’t wear braces, but I imagine this could help get in all the spaces before brushing.

I ordered this in April after my last dental cleaning. I am still on the first bottle. I use it around 4 to 6 times a week. I just went in for my 3 month cleaning and my gum scores improved and/or maintained. A lot more 1s than last time. My one 4 turned into a 3. Lots of 3s moved up to 2s. This is the only addition I have made to my routine. The best part was there was barely any plaque build up at all. The student hygienist did not detect any, but the professor said they was a small amount on my rear teeth. This was the fasting cleaning I have ever had. Can’t wait to see the improvement that comes with more consistent use. This stuff is awesome!!!!
I added this to an already revised routine to improve my gum health. I had already seen improvement over the last 2 yrs but had hit a plateau. My routine includes these additions 1) Extra soft manual toothbrush (Oral B). 2.)Therabreath Gum Mouthwash 3). Peradontax or Crest Gum Detoxify Toothpaste. 4.) I don’t rinse after brushing. Just spit the Toothpaste out and use Mouthwash 20 mins later. 5.) Waterflossing a few times a week. Regular flossing daily. With that alone I eliminated scores of 4s, 5s and a couple of 6s that were mixed in with 3s, 2s and 1s. But I want all 2s and 1s and no scaling at the appointment. Plax is helping me get there. Both the student hygentist and the Professor were very impressed with the health of my mouth! Five Stars

I normally have white teeth but, I drink black coffee almost every morning and I noticed just brushing didn’t change them back to normal, but Plax before you brush work wonders and it’s a great taste before you brush. Some products work but taste with the toothpaste just doesn’t work.
Huge bottle for the price, sturdy bottle and the when to use is printed on the label.

Great product! Leaves my mouth clean and fresh. I swish it around in my mouth for a good little while. Brush my teeth after and get any tarder buildup. I repeat if nessasary. Does what a cleaning at the dentist would do.

I have used this product for several years, and have found that it is the best for removing plaque on teeth. I don’t find the taste to be too strong. It is a good Mouthwash after brushing.
It’s too bad that my local drugstores aren’t carrying this product anymore. However, am happy to see it offered here.
