There is very little difference between the top and bottom of the pill container. The inside compartments are separated for daily doses, however they are completely open. This means, if you accidentally slide open the container while holding it upside down, all pills will hit the ground. This is too easy to do with this container.

I ordered the white pill box. I have several other styles (that I sometimes use for storing other small necessities), but I really like this design for pill/vitamin dispensing. The incremental notches in the bottom of the tray keep the later days of the week safe from spills because you only need to pull out one day at a time for dispensing. It beats needing to open up snap compartments (with no hinges to break), and while it may not hold quite as many tablets or capsules as other designs, these compartments make it easy to pull or roll pills out with your finger because of the curved sides.
The container is sleek and well made. It can be stood up vertically or laid down horizontally. It’s ultra smooth in hand and know one would really know this was a pill organizer by outward appearance. I typically see organizers in semi-transparent plastic, so this is additionally protective from light exposure. The tray can be pulled all the way out to fill, and it slides and snaps securely back in place.
All around great organizer! I’m tempted to get another one in pink later on.

I have a mixed opinion on this pill case. On one hand it is super nice, sleek and OVERALL secure. It is perfect for a weeks worth of a few pills and very discrete. The biggest downside I see is that it is a drawer style – with no individual covers for each day. I loaded it then promptly spilled it. Unfortunately I take several pills away that look similar – ie generic white capsules and once spilled, I could not tell them apart so to avoid doubling up on things I had to toss the pills and reload with new ones. The said, if you take just a few OR nothing that looks identical to something else you take, go for it but if you might mixup pills if not in their original bottle, avoid this one.

The pill case’s pill compartments are of a medium size, the unit fits snuggly within the outer case. You will have to be careful opening it as the little pill compartments do not have lids. It has little raised arrows on the top where you open it, so that should help to not open it upside down. The outer shell is very smooth, so slick that it could be easily fumbled if your like me. It is a nice slim size, it would be easily packed in travel bags.
Tuning In –
This is a nice slide style pill organizer. Good quality and larger than the pictures suggest. I ended up getting white and I was expecting some meh looking generic plastic, but it is actually a nice pearl white color. My only complaint about this style is if you miss a day then you can’t just dump the next day out into your hand you as all the previous days are now open as well. Overall though I like it and it works for me.

This is one of the nicest looking pill cases I own. It’s slick and minimalist. It holds a lot of pills for its size, and it’s small enough to travel with easily. The case itself is solid and well made, the plastic is sturdy, and it stays shut, so no risk of pills falling out in my purse. It’s also a slide-out, which makes for very easy access to my pills (no fumbling with snap latches). I love it.
The one thing you need to be careful with is opening it – if you open it upside down, all your pills fall out. There is a small arrow to indicate which side is up, but it’s subtle and if you’re not paying attention it’s easy to miss. Also, the days are marked on the sides of the slide out, so if you open it towards the left, the week is in order, but if you open it towards the right, your week is backward. I’m lefty, and my week is read backward. Not a big deal though, it just takes a minute to get used to. The week starts on Sunday, and then you just pull it out day by day until the case is empty. Pretty clever design.

This will be a great little pill organizer for me when I travel. For that purpose, I like that the inside of the case slides into the cover, so I don’t worry about a section popping open and the pills getting lost in my suitcase. However, what makes it great for travel, makes it unappealing to me for every day use. I like to ease of opening just one day at a time, and being able to see all the days at once to know easily if there is a day I have missed. Once you close this, you can’t see each section. Also, they don’t close individually, and you have to hold it very carefully while opening so you don’t spill each section out. There is a “this side up” sticker which is nice, because if you open it upside down, everything will spill out.

A great compact pill organized. It stays closed firmly and I’m confident that it will not open up accidentally, yet it’s easy to use. It does have the features of the ones meant to be used daily at home such as individual doors for each day but this is also far more compact yet carries close to the same amount. I certainly would opt for this for travel and compactness over the larger more full featured ones.
