I took this product before in the past and it was just fine I bought from Gnc. Now I live in Japan and don’t have access to a gnc so I ordered this off Amazon. I took as directed and had to call an ambulance to rush me to the ER. I had a heart rate of 177, my chest was burning and my feet and hands went numb. I don’t know if I got a bad bastch or if it’s the seller. I’m 5’5 148 lbs. I’m always in the gym and want help to lean out more. Like I said, I purchased this before but at a certified store. I don’t want anyone feeling the way I did

This helps me lose weight and keep my weight down when I’m on a cycle of this supplement. I take 1 pill around 6:00 am and another around 3 pm. No caffeine “jitters” at all. IMO the best thermogenic supplement.

This review is related to this product specifically. This is the older, I believe original, version of the product. This product works GREAT! Keeps me awake and focused. I dont know how I would start and finish my day without it.
I do have to say that the most current version and subsequent versions of the product is not as effective.

I don’t like coffee bc it makes me have indigestion, so I looked for something else. The dosage is 2 pills, but 1 is plenty for me. I’m not trying to be hyper, just awake and able to start my day. I keep these with me on long car trips, some on my bed stand, and some at work. They’re also really pretty to look at, if you’ve ever looked closely.
I tried these as a sample a while back and realized the type of energy they give me is a sneaky “I just feel good” type of energy rather than the “I have had caffeine and must do all the things” type. I appreciate how natural it feels, and how easily I can focus on whatever tasks I’m working on. I always prefer supplements that make me feel how I should feel naturally, rather than an altered state that stands out (see: all ADHD medication)
If I ever hear that they’re going to discontinue these, I’m going to order 10 years worth because this is absolutely a part of my routine and has made a huge difference for me.
