This product works great and surprisingly quickly! Within two days of starting on Osteo Bi-Flex the joint paid I’d recently experienced was nearly gone and continued to improve. I continue to take it every day. Highly recommend!
UPDATE. I still like the product, but the price has increased significantly since I last purchased it. It’s approximately 50% more, which is somewhat cost prohibitive for me. I’ve since tried another version of Osteo Bi-Flex and it did not work for me. This is disappointing. It seems that oftentimes, after finding a product I like, the cost increases. I’m hoping the price will decrease in the future.

This helped me avoid surgery!!
I had a torn meniscus last April and was in constant pain. I favored the other knee so much, that I injured it in October. I was looking at surgery but felt I wasn’t ready for all that. I read so many great reviews, I thought it was worth trying. I started it in February 2023. By the middle of May I could see such a huge difference. I was doing squats and yoga again! The swelling in my feet and ankles has went down. I can actually see my ankle bones again😁

I was happy with the quick delivery service, and I am pleased with my purchase. You may want to try this product if you have joint issues, but always check with your doctor first before taking any type of product.

This item is actually in value have used in the past it does help flexibility in the knee in the joints and stiffness and make sure limber providing you use proper exercise and stretching this by flexes excellent value price is not bad at all and recommend it to anyone needing to be more flexible especially in the older age additional things to say about the item nothing bad but good.
