The sandals are very comfortable. The top and backstraps work easily.

The support is great for a sandal, after adding the plastic arch lifter. However, the front strap is a very firm elastic that is too short and doesn’t really stretch, and the leather strap on top of it can only make it narrower, not wider. So although the length is ok, though a bit too long, the toes are pinched together and are very uncomfortable. I take medium width shoes and sandals so don’t know why they made the toe strap so unusually narrow and not adjustable. Will be returning these.

The orthotic insert does not fit snuggly into the shoe, so it cannot be used. Also, the back heel elastic strap is too long and so it doubles up when the velcro strap is tightened. Poorly constructed regarding the orthotic and adjustability of the straps. I called the manufacturer and they will not take the product back or replace it as there is a 30 day return policy on this product thru Amazon. Oh well. Guess I’ll donate them to Good Will.

I ordered my regular size 7. These sandals took a bit more adjusting than I expected. The included arch supports once correctly placed in, works very well. The length of this sandal was right on, but the width was a bit to snug. I wear an average normal width. Took me several adjusting attempts to finally get the straps to “feel comfortable” all around my foot. I will keep them, hoping they do stretch out a bit so I can utilize more area of the available velcro attachment area. To begin with I had to move the upper strap too far up the velcro. The over toe band is snug and keeps my toes close together. I’m hoping they stretch, if my feet swell, I may have trouble.

These sandals are super comfortable! They were great right out of the box, but even better when I added the extra arch support. I wear my custom orthotics in all my shoes, but sandals are really hard because they just don’t hold the orthotics correctly. But I needed something cooler for the summer. These are perfect! While they are not exactly like my custom orthotics, they offer really good support and comfort. Which means I can actually wear them without my feet, legs, back, and head ending up hurting. I’ll be buying more shoes from this company in the future!
