I decided to try these drops as a lower priced alternative to Alaway. I was not disappointed.
Opcon-A works exceptionally well and quickly. As with all allergy eye drops that I have ever tried, there is a very minimal, slight sting when you first use them, but it lasts for maybe half a second. If you are used to using allergy drops, you probably won’t even notice it and/or it won’t be an issue at all. It is not bad enough to say it is painful or even uncomfortable, but you do notice it for a split second.
Myself, my son and my youngest daughter go through allergy eye drops like crazy from about March until late September. It can get to be pretty costly. Opcon-A is a great option at a very reasonable price here at Amazon. We had been using Alaway, which works amazingly well too, but they are expensive to buy continuously for 3 people who need it so often. Opcon-A works just as well. They work better than Visine Allergy, or any other drops out there, too. Honestly, aside from Alway, Opcon is the only other drops that I have found to give complete, immediate relief.
Definitely recommended even for the worst itchy eyes out there. Mine get so bad at times that my eyes (usually only 1 at a time) will swell so bad and get so puffy underneath to where it looks like I caught a nasty left hook, minus the bruising. The Opcon has helped keep that under control and lessens the occurance. Unless I find Alaway on sale cheaper or at least the same price as Opcon, I will continue to buy the Opcon. It really works great.

Found these drops by accident at a local pharmacy, but glad I did. They are so nice, no burning, just almost immediate soothing. The bottle is easy to squeeze. Of course it is a Bausch & Lomb product, usually great quality.

Things I love in my life: my children, my husband, these eye drops. I have been using these eye drops religiously for years and don’t ever plan to stop! They alleviate my eyes when they are dry. I have super sensitive eyes so when they are sore from my contacts these drops help, and they make my eyes look whiter and brighter. This is my favorite eye drops. I’ve tried many. These eye drops keep the red out all day for me. No itchy eyes. Easy to use and great value for the money.

I used the other brand but nothing worked. I read the reviews for this drop and decided to try. I recorded my eyes to see if this drop really helps or not. Redness in my eyes was removed instantly and itch was decreased after putting the drops.

I’ve actually used these for a while, just haven’t written a review for them. I get really dry eyes from time to time and these are my go to. For me, it’s like it’s an instantaneous redness relieve. There is a little bit of a burn, but it’s very manageable. Love this product and will continue to use.
