These are about the same size as the very well known square shaped fruity candy chews. They are even similarly individually wrapped inside the jar and nearly as sweet. I found the consistency of these to be a little gritty and they took a lot of chewing to feel like they were ready to swallow. i didn’t love the pomegranate flavor of these, but they aren’t bad. The amounts of the active ingredients are on the low end of supplements.
At over $1/chew, the value is not there for me. I would not order these again.

I’m familiar with Olly, having used several of their other products. While the brand is reputable, I find that these chews don’t taste great and take a long time to chew to a comfortable size for swallowing. They sometimes get stuck in my throat if I’m not thorough. Each chew contains about as much sugar as a Starburst, which is surprising given the poor taste. I like targeted multivitamins, and this one combines common vitamins and minerals aimed at increasing calmness. However, it’s hard to assess if the amounts are appropriate since there is no RDA for ingredients like L-Theanine or Omega-3. This product isn’t a standard multivitamin, so there are no certifications. On the plus side, they have a long shelf-life—I ordered in September 2024, and my bottle doesn’t expire until December 2025.

I don’t know if this is a placebo effect thing or what but I do really feel like these work. I pop one when I’m really needing to focus on something and I feel like it helps. I am also really happy with how good they taste, it’s very enjoyable and doesn’t leave a bad aftertaste. Definitely going to be ordering these again.

With the explosion of supplements out there nowadays, especially in the nootropic category, I was interested in trying these when I saw them available.
I think these are best taken alongside something caffeinated so the L-theanine (200mg) can do its thing properly. I was a little disappointed to see that they aren’t using Suntheanine for the L-theanine, though, because who knows where they’re getting it from.
The amount (42mg) and type of magnesium (citrate) is, frankly, insulting for a supplement of this price.
Finally, the Omega 3 ALA is also an extremely small amount (50mg); probably only therapeutic in those who are woefully deficient in omega 3.
So after all that, these can be viewed mostly as L-theanine chews. A good companion to some coffee or a caffeine pill to get focused. Sports Research makes a caffeine+L-theanine pill that works in exactly this way and it’s not too pricey, so it’s hard to tell who they’re targeting with this product outside of Olly loyalists.
The flavor is great and they’re individually wrapped chews, so if you’ve got a hard time taking pills this would be a decent alternative (provided it actually has what you want out of it). I don’t think I can recommend them outside of that scenario.

These are tasty chews! I like that they have good ingredients. I cannot speak to the effectiveness and benefits of the product as these are not proven. I also have not taken them too long. So far so good, not sure if my sleep quality is better or I am just super tired!

This supplement contains theanine, a small amount of magnesium, and omega-3. It comes packaged well, and each chew is wrapped individually so you can pop them in your bag or lunch for traveling. The flavor is good, sweet and slightly berry flavored, but these do contain glucose syrup, so aren’t the best for everyone. They make a good post-workout item due to the ingredients, especially theanine. Overall, olly makes pretty good products.

These chewable supplements come very nicely individually wrapped, they are like candy with a fruity flavor, the smell is a bit off and it can appear there is something wrong with it, but no that’s how it smells. I have natural supplements before that can also have similar strong smell. I’ll say their relaxing effects worked but that could be placebo. I didn’t like it comes with only 20 units, it should bring at least 30 so I can take one daily

These Olly brainy chews are pretty good! I’ve been feeling a bit stressed lately with work and all the holiday preparations, and these seem to help me relax a bit. They’ve got a nice pomegranate blueberry flavor, not too sweet or artificial tasting. I usually have one in the afternoon when I need a little mental break. I can’t say for sure if they’re dramatically improving my brain function, but they do seem to take the edge off. Plus, they’re a tasty little treat.
