I am reviewing Hemp Seed Face Oil – Anti-Aging, Hydrating, Natural 1 fl.oz
This oil has a short list of ingredients and all are good things. I began by rubbing a few drops onto my foot. Wow it soaked in immediately, leaving a nice feeling of moist skin with no oily mess.
I used it on my clean face at bedtime. It was quite a bit more oily going onto the face. I massaged it in and after about 20 minutes it felt less oily but I could still feel the barrier.
In the morning it was all soaked in and my face felt smooth and soft. I like it, and I’m not a huge fan of oil.
The scent is not strong. It smells kind of woody, then the almond oil scent comes out on my skin. Very mild. This is good stuff.

The THANIKA hemp seed face oil comes in a amber dropper bottle. The oil has a strong scent which is to be expected for hemp seed oil. I use this as the last step of my skin care at night on my cheeks. It is very gentle but a bit heavy during the hot weather. I also tried this on the back of my hands and found it very hydrating with a great smoothing effect.

This hemp seed oil, made in Thailand, has a very strange smell. I am not one of those people who is sensitive to smells, so I am surprised that the smell bothered me so much.
Other than that, it’s a basic face oil that contains hemp seed and other ingredients.
The writing on the outside container and the bottle itself is so small that even with a lighted magnifying glass, I can’t read it. At all.
For that reason and the smell, I rate this 3 stars.

I have super sensitive skin, this oil has not irritated it at all and has left my face feeling soft and moisturized. It takes time to be fully absorbed which makes sense as this is an oil. A very light scent which dissipated quickly.

This is a great soothing and moisturizing oil to use by itself when your skin feels dry, but I like it a lot as a last step in my skincare routine. When my skin feels flaky sensitive or tight, I’ve been putting it on as the last step before bed, and I think it helps re-calibrate my skin overnight. It always feels very soft and hydrated the next morning. It’s also gentle and doesn’t cause any weird irritations or sensitivities. Will have to use it a little longer to see if it has any anti-aging effects too, but so far it’s a good hydrator.

I really like this THANIKA Hemp Seed Face Oil. On multiple occasions when I’ve had a blemish, scratch or bite on my skin and put this oil on it, it seemed to calm the skin and help it heal faster. It has never caused me any breakouts or irritation. On my face and neck, this oil takes a minute or two to fully absorb, depending upon how dry my skin is on a particular day. I appreciate its moisturizing qualities & line softening effect as well as the slight glow it gives my face. I like feeling confident that this oil has good, effective ingredients and that it will only help, not hurt my skin’s health and my overall complexion. I’ve been using it over a long enough period of time now to become certain that it’s a really good, safe, gentle product, so I can sincerely and definitely recommend it.
