I’ve added this supplement to my daily multi-vitamin and seasonal allergy regimen. The soft gels are fairly large so be cognizant of that if you have an aversion to larger pills. On the other hand, you only need to take one per day. Some folks may be put off by the source being in Spain and China with QA, marketing, and distribution done in the US. (according to the brand website) Everything is clearly shown on the label if you take the time to review before purchase.
Will additional fish oil improve my health? Don’t know. Experts say it may. I’ll lean into the expert opinions. Since I don’t cook and eat fish at home regularly, these supplements are my next best option.
I took my first soft gel several hours ago and I feel just fine, so early results are good.

This is a high quality fish oil supplement. The amount of EPA and DHA you get are very high. Especially for only needing 1 capsule. For 120 softgels this is a great value for the cost.

I compared this fish oil with the one the I regularly used from Costco. It is a little bit bigger and looks almost the same, but the concentration stated on the label is much higher than the one one from Costco. I have taking this for a while, as of any supplements, I can not really tell it is effective yet, but at least I don’t notice any bad side effects. It is safe so far. The quality seems good and I don’t spot anything suspicious. It seems trustable.

1100mg of omega 3 at about half the price of my current omega 3 vitamins. I take them at night about an hour before I go to bed, but I didn’t notice any nausea after taking it or any fish burps. I do like that you only have to take one capsule!! Just makes for an even better value! 120 day supply!!!!

The label on the pills indicates a very dosage, so that you only need to take one. The gel caps are typical size. When you open the bottle, there is a bit of a fishy smell, and after you take it, you might notice some fish fumes as your stomach settles. But it is really not bad or overwhelming. That said, these could do with an addition of a bit of lemon.

Fish Oil is one of my most important daily supplements because of all the benefits (that you can read about in the product description). I’ve tried a bunch of different brands, and this Nature’s Wonder seems about as good as any others I’ve tried. The pills are easy to swallow and, most importantly, don’t have any fishy aftertaste or fish burps. Knowing that there come from a cGMP-certified facility give me peace of mind about the quality. This is a good choice for a fish oil supplement.

I wonder from where the fish oil is sourced. This is a product of “China, Spain” according to the label. Not sure what that means.
The pills are pretty huge at an inch long. Gel pills go down pretty easy for many people
(that’s an assumption) but I have a laproscopic weight loss band so I prefer a smaller soft gel tablet.
