This oil works really well. I like the pump, and I have kept the piece to keep it from pumping so I can take on a trip.
If you wear Thrive Causemetics waterproof mascara like I do, it does take a little more time to come off. This leaves your skin soft and surprisingly not oily even with all the oils in it. I have combination skin, so maybe if you have oily skin you won’t like it.
The size of the bottle should last awhile. I use 2 or 3 pumps depending on how much makeup I have on.
I will wait until this goes on sale to repurchase, but I think I will buy again. All the oils in it really give you baby soft skin. I’m also a big believer that oils help with wrinkles. I’ve used olive oil under my eyes for years and I’m lucky to not have many wrinkles at all, and I’m sixty. People think I’m 35-40, so I’m happy about that!!

I received a generous sample of this in a beauty box purchase and found that it does a great job removing makeup as well as cleansing my face. I always double cleanse and Philosophy’s Purity Made Simple is my ride or die cleanser. I read that it takes oil to dissolve oil (from cosmetics/makeup/daily pollution) and I was happy to give Bobbi Brown a try as my first cleanse. I’ve used the generous sample and am loving the recent purchase. I have very mature skin which is Very Dry. My skin is hydrated afterwards. I still need serum and moisture but there isn’t any tightness after cleansing.

Ive used so many different cleansing oil and this is by far the BEST cleansing oil EVER!
It cleanses without drying my skin out and cleans really well without any residues. Its the best cleanser for heavy eye makeup as well. Its bit pricey, but worth every penny!

This oil is really good at taking off the first layer of make up and dirt. I learned to apply this to damp or dry skin and massage off that first layer for 3 to 5 minutes. Then take a little bit of water and put it on your face or the oil to start an emulsifying process. This helps it turn foamy and clean the skin further. Overall, I was impressed with the product. I do think you could probably find some cheaper cleansing oil’s to do this process with, but overall I would re-purchase again.
