Got this thing for HRT purposes, and it is absolutely humongous. The rotating cap is big enough for me to fit a banana into, and probably a corndog too, at the same time. (The banana fell in twice accidentally trying to get a photo.)
If you’re ordering for a medical facility or if you need multiple injections per day this is probably an reasonable size. But if you’re a single person injecting medication at home on a semi-weekly basis, this is probably way too large. I don’t expect to fill this thing for a year plus at minimum.
Lid fits on okay, feels secure, seems to do its job. Only complaint (other than my failure to estimate size) is that the inside doesn’t have a marker for 2/3 full as is recommended for disposal. You’ll have to eyeball it, or else put some permanent marker or tape on the inside to see clearly.

These are easy to use. They are larger than I thought and can hold a lot. It is incredibly easy to add sharps to the bucket. It was a great purchase.

This sharps container is ample size for a few hundred needle cartridges, making disposal of your needles quick and easy. The container is sturdy and lightweight, with a locking opening so that needles don’t fall out in case of a fall. I ordered multiple containers for use in my shop, and will definitely purchase again as we expand. Great value.

I grow mushrooms and use a lot of needles to transfer spore to grow bags and liquid culture. I have grand kids that live with me and I don’t want them getting stuck by a needle. I am a retired nurse and I used these many years working. I got one to keep my needles away from my grand kids. It hold a lot and I don’t expect to get another one for a while. It works well and it give me assurance that they can’t get into it.

I take monthly injections for migraine prevention and disposal of the used large/bulky pens has always been a challenge. This size of bin is perfect for the job as it’s able to hold several of the pens for easy, out of the way storage, until the bin is full and ready for disposal. The 2-pack is a good value as they will last me for a year or more, and I particularly like the way the locking lid mechanism works to ensure things stay put for managing the sharps/biohazard material safely. The rolling door mechanism makes it easy to deposit the pens in a single motion with no hassle. The sturdy plastic container is the same type you’d encounter in a medical environment, making it reliable and effective for my at-home use.

Perfect bio hazardous waste disposal container and so easy to put together ensuring a safe and clean disposal. This company has been around a very long time; the durability and quality of their containers is fantastic. The price for this size is great. We really needed this in our household! Shipping was overnight as promised and the container is large enough to accommodate all of our bio-disposables. There’s also information included of where you can possibly get/drop off the container once it’s full. More importantly, it can be moved from any location without fear of it coming apart.
