I’ve purchased MCT oil from other companies in different percentages of caprylic and capric percentages and I like this one best. It’s got the right percentages of caprylic acid (C8), capric acid (C10).
It’s a good quality and a fair price. I’ve noticed a subtle difference in my diet and overall healthy feel by using this product. Follow the directions on the package and be consentient. I use it everyday. There is no noticeable taste when using this in any recipes or even taking it buy spoonful.

I am now on my second gallons of this stuff. For several years, I was buying my MCT oil at either the grocery store or big-box store like Walmart. The going price is $13.74 for 16.9 oz. That’s 1.056 pints. The gallon jugs (8 pints) from Nutiva is currently $71.46 for a one-time purchase or $67.89 if you sign up for automatic repetitive purchases. When you do the math, the Nutiva is 31.3% or $34.6% cheaper, respectively.
The quality has been excellent. It’s perfectly clear and has no discernible taste to me. I would say it is equal or better than the “Better Body Foods” brand I had been buying at Walmart. And because the Nutiva is in a black jug, it should store better, being safe from UV rays. If you use a lot of MCT oil like I do, buying the Nutiva gallon jug is definitely the way to go.

First time ordering this brand of MCT. We were using NOW Foods but they suddenly went out of stock on Amazon. We then tried an Amazon Brands which was reasonably priced the first time. The next time the price went up significantly. This led us to try this. Reviews were good so we gave it a whirl. We have used it for a month now with no drops in energy. It blends well in our coffee and just makes us feel good. I think we have a new winner.
We have been on a clean keto for 3 years now (no cheats!). We both have MCT in multiple cups of coffee a day. We have been through many brands that work or don’t. There actually can be large differences in MCT oil. Personally … I don’t even care for Bulletproof brand. I do not find it gives me an energy boost.
For us … this brand is a winner and so economical in the big jug. Would repurchase.

Great product at an unbeatable price. If you are looking for MCT Oil, save yourself the time to shop around and get it. Large quantity is not an issue in terms of freshness because it is an oil that would net go rancid even after sitting on your shelf for months. Taste is completely neutral so you can mix it in many drinks or even solid foods or you can chug it straight, which is what I do.

What is outstanding, about this product, is that for starters, it is, tasteless, therefore, you do not have to mix it with anything to tolerate it. Its texture is also good, further meaning that you do not have to mix it with anything…. The value for the money is also fantastic! As far as the results… I honestly have not had it long enough to be able to tell… Be that, as it may, give him the quantity of the bottle, of course, plan to keep taking it.
