They’re all a little sticky with an oily feel, so I assume one or two leaked. But they’re manageable enough to still use.

This supplement has been somewhat of a lifesaver for me. My ND recommended taking vitamin E for my recent menstrual discomfort, and they have worked a treat. These are the only vitamin E supplements that I feel comfortable in taking, as they are not derived from soy. They work so well, I am afraid of coming off them!

Since I started taking these Vitamin E pills my skin, especially my face, has been noticeably clearer; even my husband noticed. I am 40 years old and in that stage where my hormones are whacked out, so it’s so helpful to have something to assist in this way. If I skip for a few days I can almost tell. I also notice that my hair seems to appear healthier. That’s a true vitamin, when you can notice a physical change happening! I’d definitely recommend these!

I heavily research all the supplements that my family and pets use before buying. It was very hard finding a vitamin e supplement as most products are garbage and also toxic. However Now brand has been around forever and can be trusted for purity, safety and potency. What’s on the label is what’s in the bottle. The form of vitamin e in this product is naturally derived from sunflower seeds/oil. You get the whole spectrum of vitamin e. Just not one singular isolated and synthesized in a lab isotope. Also for what you receive the price can’t be beat. There are many inferior toxic vitamin e being sold on the market for much higher prices that in reality are just man made chemicals that are hyper up through marketing and advertising. Do your own research and just don’t buy any health supplement no matter how good they make there product sound! This market is not regulated and can basically say anything they want. Make sure you ask a company if they can provide test results from a third party independent lab to back up claims of purity. Make sure the product is produced in a certified gmp facility. And always check the ingredient labels. If the product cant even pass these bare minimums look elsewhere! Also on a side note research has been uncovered that alot of health supplement labeled organic are more laden and contaminated with things like heavy metals and other contaminates so buyer beware!
