I like that this Nizoral cream is fragrance-free and free of parabens. There is no reason to have those items into a skin cream that is used to treat a skin issue. The added vitamins truly help.
After use, I noticed that the skin did feel softer and appear less irritated and itchy. The overall appearance and texture improved.
Overall, it’s an effective cream for a decent price.

After switching dish soap, my hands started getting extremely dry and itchy. The Nizoral Eczema relief cream has been very helpful with relieving the itchiness, and my skin feels hydrated again. The cream is quite thick, and a little goes a long way, but it absorbs surprisingly quickly and does not leave any greasy residue. It is fragrance-free, but it has a distinct smell that I can’t quite pinpoint (somewhere in between play dough and shea butter).

I’ve been a nearly lifelong user of Eucerin Eczema moisturizer. This Nizoral lotion seems to be an ok alternative. I find it to be a bit thin in comparison, but it does have double the colloidal oatmeal (2% vs 1%). It seems to be staving the itch away for me!

I got this Nizoral Eczema Relief Cream for the red, scaly, itchy rashes I get some winters on the backs of my hands. Hydrocortisone cream helped immensely and kept the rashes from growing, but they’ve been lingering for months. I put this on in the morning, before bed, and when I apply hand lotion through the day. In 4 days both of my hands are itch free and smooth. I’m still using it 2-3 times a day maintenance. Just a dab covers the area that was affected, so it should last for a long time.
The cream absorbs quickly. I think it’s virtually scentless unless you put your nose up to it and sniff. Then there is a weird but very faint scent. When I put it on, I dont notice the smell unless I put my nose to my skin. That faint scent dissipates within minutes with no lingering smell, so it’s easy to live with, especially for the results.
This stuff is wonderful and I hope to always have some around!

I like using stronger creams/moisturizers on the tops of my feet and the backs of my hand, and this is working great for that purpose. It absorbs well and has been very hydrating for my skin.
Colloidal oatmeal is well-known for its effectiveness, and I’m happy with how this is working for me.

I have eczema on my hands (palms and fingers), the kind that causes deep splits like knife cuts in my skin and severe itching that takes multiple layers of skin off. I have different medications and have tried all sorts of OTC eczema creams with differing levels of effectiveness, but the places the eczema hits never fully heal. This was something different to try. This might be fine for just regular dry skin, like many get in winter, but it definitely does not help my eczema.
This cream is on the thin side and absorbs quickly. That is not what I need from an eczema cream – I need something thicker that both acts as a protectant for the broken skin as well as an anti-itch moisturizer. I did not find it soothing or feel less compelled to scratch. It has a scent that reminds me of some other OTC topical cream, but I can’t quite place it; the scent is from the ingredients and not from fragrance. It smells like it should help but doesn’t. It’s useless for my eczema and therefore useless to me.
