I didn’t find that these patches work for me, they were uncomfortable, I didn’t find that they gave any relief, the second time I used them they began to itch, so needless to say I won’t be using them again, and they were a little hard to peel off the paper, they would stick at first, but after about thirty minutes they would began to peel of in spots, good size, not much heat, not worth money, poor quality.

I have chronic pain (arthritis, fibromyalgia, disc degeneration) and typically use the Salonpas capsaicin patches, but they are expensive for someone like me using three a day. I purchased these because I thought the neck placement was interesting but had low expectations. These are phenomenal. They work quickly, they’re equally as hot as the Salonpas if not slightly hotter, they are way more convenient for placing all over my body without needing someone else’s help. The only downside is that they have less staying power especially if I’m hot or sweating. They stay on pretty reliably for several hours though, so I can’t complain. I have a herniated disc in my neck that always gives me trouble and the fit of the patch is perfect for that area. (I use them on my lumbar or anywhere else and they work just as well.) Overall excellent pain relief and such a good deal. Happy I tried them!

I have shoulder arthritis and looked forward to these larger appliqués providing soothing warmth similar to Salonpas. Supposed to last 8 hours, but I get no warming sensation at all. I received lot: 2024/10/16, mfg: 2024/10/18, exp: 2027/10/17. The active ingredient is Camphor like Salonpas, but no relief from this product. Could this be a defective lot? Did these get too hot in shipping from China and lose effectiveness? They do stick well, however.

I always keep these on hand. I have stenosis and they really help. I used to fight to separate the backing but then I found that if you roll the green part from the backing instead of trying to pull it it comes right off.

They are great for the pain the heat is intense but great for the pain only complaint is that the patch ripped some skin off when I removed patch…excited for on relief now I’m gonna have a sore on my skin
